The Croma favIcon setting is deprecated since wordpress manages this into the wp-admin>appearance>customize>site identity setting.
We have removed the Croma Favicon setting in the latest croma-music version.

This is issue is probably caused by your server which does not allow you to upload big file size.
If you go to wp-admin > media > add new, what maximum file size you can upload there? (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/50M88G )
You will need to increase this value to at least 64mb.

1.) Any update on if Woocommerce will be ajax soon so your audio player will play continually on product pages?
2.) Is there a way to use your radio player for mp3 samples for woocommerce CD/MP3 products—even without ajax continuous play?

1) unfortunately, this is not still possible to have the continuous plays through WooCommerce.
2)yes you can
3) unfortunately, Shoutcast doesn’t allow ajaz request directly from their server. So we can’t play a Shoutcast in the mp3 player right now.

Can you please help me fix a problem i have with this theme? On my “About” page the large image floats to the left when viewed on an ipad, iphone etc, and therefore the subject appears off centre. Could i quickly ask a follow up question… I have de-selected the ‘show menu over content’ option for the about page, but it still covers some of my image but only when viewing on a desktop or laptop, not on an ipad or phone. Hi,
Nothing is dissembled under the menu. The background image is aligned to the center, so the top and the bottom are cropped when the window is on a landscape format. You should align the background image to the top.
WPBakery doesnt have the option to align background as we want but we can add one of those extra class in the “extra class name” field to customize the background position.

Could you please tell me why the track/album artwork appears slightly blurry on the music grid page? You can see what i mean quite clearly on the demo Kpop site. For example, the artwork for the album ‘Gold World’ is slightly blurry on the music grid page, yet when you view the album page itself, the resolution is crisp and as it should be. https://imgur.com/a/0w5Ml8I This is also happening on my website (paddysimmons.com) and therefore i was wondering if there is any solution? This happen because the artwork is not big enough. The Grid requires a image 549px X 549px and the artwork from our demo has 464px X 464px. The image is stretch a bit.

Hi, The image is not stretch a lot but it still is. Please go to wp-admin>fwrd>custom css/js And add this css code:

The artwork is now crisp on my laptop, desktop and mobile, but is blurry on my ipad on both the music page and the individual album page. Unfortunatly the image has to be resized on tablet. This is something we should fix. I dont have any custom code for this sorry.

hi! i updated to the latest version of the theme and now when i click on an album under music it says page not found. doesnt matter which one i click or if i create a new one. I deleted the music plugin and reinstalled it and it still saying the same thing. please help. thank you.

Re: Croma theme – Need to be able to show different categories of videos (via the submenu). For example, video-private-parties, video-live-shows, video-interviews, video-miscellaneous. I have added the categories but I don’t know how to apply the filter. Please help. Thanks

I am an envato subscriber. I don’t have a specific license number.
Unfortunately themes that are downloaded from Envato Elements don’t come with customer support. You will need to buy a themeforest licence in order to receive support.. I’m sorry. You can perhaps contact Envato Element about this issue.

Trying to update theme both by direct download from Themeforest and via the Envato plugin. Error is saying “Failed – Virus Detected”

Some anti-virus software reported that some minified JavaScript files in the theme package were suspicious. The detection was obviously a false alarm. I can assure you that the package is safe.
im 100% sure that this is a false positive. Please check directly with ThemeForest as the files are being downloaded directly from their server, not ours.

Gutenberg is replacing the default editor and changing functionality in general on how posts are edited. As a result, this affects different plugins, WPBakery included. Updating the plugins will make sure that at least with them, your theme won’t break when Wordpress devs force this change through, especially as they plan to expand functionality beyond the editor.
There is the plugin for the old editor for now, but I’d like for my client to not have to depend on that forever.
We should release the new version of the plugin pretty soon.

Could please update the plugin for WP Bakery. I’m installing this theme on a brand new just bought word press hosting from Godaddy. And the WP Bakery plugin inside the them is 5.4.7… Your online patch notes does not match up with the zip file I just downloaded. I did try updating via ftp and no luck.
