We’re sorry but the Divi plugin is not included in the theme. We have never it with this theme and have no idea why it couldn’t be updated.

However, there may be plugin conflicts on your site, try to deactivate other plugins to see if it works.

It seems like you’ve set the extra class for the row to ‘divider-2-cols’. However, that class is to display the borders for the 2 columns but you have 4 columns in one row so it doesn’t work correctly.

Unfortunately, we do not have an extra class for 4 columns, we would recommend using 2 columns instead.

So, you may need to change the row layout from 4 columns to 2 columns to work around this issue. Otherwise, you may need to remove ‘divider-2-cols’ from the Extra CSS Class field from that row.

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin came bundled with the theme, it needs to be updated by the theme author, the automatic update is not recommended for that plugin. This to make sure it will be compatible with the theme.

If you’re using the Flora theme, the automatic update feature of WPBakery Page Builder plugin will be disabled and the activation tab won’t show up, you won’t see a notification message to update it either.

The new update of that plugin will be included in the new update of the theme. After you update the theme, you will see a notification message to update it.

However, if you’d like to activate that plugin, you will need to temporarily switch to another theme such as default theme from WordPress first, then you will be able to activate it under WPBakery Page Builder -> Product License.

Anyway, thank you for reporting this issue, we will look into this and will add new option so you can register the purchased code and enable the automatic update for WPBakery in the next update of the theme.

If you mean that the text on slider, of course the color and other text styles can be different on different screen sizes depending on your settings, see the picture below:

It looks like that you have set different text color for mobile device, you may need to select the mobile icon (see the picture above) to change the text color to the same as desktop. You can find more details here: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#custom-grid-sizes

You can choose specific category under the Portfolio Grid Settings window, click on “Build query” button in the Custom Posts option, then put a category name into the Taxonomies field so it will display only items from that category.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the support renewal. However, the pricing of the support is set by themeforest, it is the same rate for all themes on the market, we couldn’t change this.

Anyway, we are working on the new update of this theme and will release it in a couple of days. However, you can ignore that notification message and normally use the theme with the new update of WooCommerce without any issues.

Regarding the shopping cart icon, we’re sorry but when you show the shopping cart icon in the menu, it always shows up even the cart is empty. We will look into this and will add an extra CSS class in the future so you can hide it when it is empty.

1 – You may need to add CSS Snippet below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to remove the title with background on mobile:

2 – Here are extra CSS classes to hide the element on specific screen sizes:

You may need to disable the AJAX Page under Theme Options -> AJAX Page to work around this.

The separators are working correctly with Safari on my iMac and Macbook. However, after trying with my iPhone, it didn’t work properly, you may need to replace the CSS snippet I provided previously with the new one below to fix this issue:

Thank you for the screenshot! We’re sorry but the Info Box element is to show a short description with icon. Also, when you choose “Large” style for the icon, the maximum height of the content area is 270px so you should put a short description instead of the full details.

You may need to choose Small or Medium size to work around this. However, if you’d like to use the Large style, you will need to add the full details into another page, then set the link for the info box so you can click on the button below the short description to see more details.

1 – You may need to add CSS snippet below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to change the color and font size of the tab title:

2 – Unfortunately, the alignment option for the separator is not available in this theme. Here’s a quick tip to achieve this:
1) Add the CSS snippet below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

1 – I just checked our demo site, it seems to work well on mobile device. Do you mind giving me your site URL so I can take a look?

2 – You can change how the column appear on mobile device under in the Column Settings window. To adjust this, you may need to edit the column settings, select the Responsive Options tab and change the “Width on small screen” setting to the same as the “Width” setting above it.

However, it always displays one column when the width of device screen less than 768px. If you rotate it to landscape mode and the width of screen is less than 768px, it will display one column instead.

Also under the page “Mentors” – On mobile devices if turned landscape all pictures are cut in half, is there a way to make 2 columns appear when turned landscape?

1. The headings automatically be resized on each device. Looks like that you’re using H4 for “What We Do”, it will be pretty small on mobile devices. Try changing the “Element tag” for the Custom Heading element from H4 to H2 or H1 to see if it works.

2. To make 2 columns appear on landscape mode of mobile devices, you will need to change the responsive settings for the column.

Here’s a quick guide:

- Click on a pencil icon at the center top of the column.

- In the Column Settings window, select Responsive Options tab.

- Change the “Width on small screen” to “6 columns – 1/2” so it will appear 2 columns on mobile devices.

However, please ensure that you’ve updated the Flora theme to 1.5.7 to make sure that the responsive options will work correctly.
