Do you have any improvements to the thema? Page Constructor WPBakery Ovinic Icon Box presents problem, does not show configuration options in admin, I discovered that the options reappear when we disable thema biolife. This is not good.

I know I should open support tickets but I would not like to be sending FTP access every time the thema has a problem, I hope they are making the corrections so that in the next update the thema can come with more panel features and compatible features. Thank you.

Half of your banners (styles 3,7,8,9,10) that are included in the theme have NO OPTION to LINK to another page. What is the point to setting/having a banner on the E-COMMERCE website, when it does not link to another page! If you want to show something it is logical you want to link it to something (a product/service etc).

The other half has a link attached to a button only. A button that can not be moved around.

So the question/request for the new update.

Please, for the love of god, allow all the banners to have an option to link to them, not only through the button, but also on hoover over the banner.

I’m sorry for my frustration, but to see the theme, that is nicely designed from a visual point of view to have such a fundamental issues is very frustrating to someone who paid 60+ bucks for the theme.

Is there a way to add a link to the banner that will work? I tried to add a link to a banner but it doesn’t work.

I checked all the home pages templates and I can see that most of the banners you have there also do not link to anything. Only the ones with the additional button link to other pages.

What is the point of having 3 banners on the front page, above the fold that do not take user/visitor to another page?

Can I somehow add a link to a banner without adding a button? A link that would be clickable if someone hoover over the banner?

Also when it comes to your support page, there is something wrong there. Other users in this comment section pointed it out, and I get the same thing. Even after registration and after providing purchase code I can’t access any topic on your forum. I keep on getting the message

“You do not have permission to view this page. You can provide us with the code Purchase Code. So you can see this content.”

And I cant tell you how many times I did that.Just to let you know.
