Somehow all changes were reversed so we deleted and uploaded fixed version of shortcode plugin. Please check. We can’t edit shortcode file from admin > plugins > editor which was working perfect so it could be security changes or any other changes from hosting company.

“Hello. We’ve got a problem with headings on the home page. Every heading of our recent posts is reduced by a random amount of words or our recent post is cut to only 2 or 3 words. However, headings are good on a page with all posts, not recent posts. Where should we search for options to change this, that it will show full heading, not only shorter version? We are using 2.13 version of the Spiritual theme.

Please increase title text character limits in “Title Text Characters Limit” field of “Recent Posts – Full” element.
This is 3rd number field in this element. You can enter number like 250 to cover text in post title.

Theme doesn’t have any virus. We double checked zip file with Virus Total website ( screenshot : https://prnt.sc/le5nc8 ). Theme zip file is uploaded on themeforest server which is more secure and safe to download files.
Please check your browser/system/antivirus software has zip file download setting is enable.

goodmorning, I need to translate some words of the theme, I’ve seen that the languages files (po) doesn’t have country’s code and if I add on the theme (or theme-child) a new po file (ex. spiritual-it_IT) doesn’t work !

We are giving standard .po file so user can change file name as per country name.
You don’t need to add theme name in language file name but only language name in .po file like “it_IT.po” in language folder and then do changes with .po edit software which will autmoatically output language file with .mo extension.

1. Please disable all plugins which are not recommended and included with the theme and then refresh home page.
2. If you did any changes in theme files (custom coding) then please remove it and then test footer widget.

Thank you I found one of the theme plugins had been disabled. It is fixed now.

Your theme is working great but I have decided not to rate it generally for now. This is because the Slider Revolution that accompanied the theme refused to be activated and I had to purchase another one from codecayon. You are getting revolution slider plugin with theme ( free ) so you don’t need to activate it or any registration. Plugin activation is only possible for direct buyer (More info – https://goo.gl/RoIAG1) who has plugin purchase code.
There is not any big advantage of direct buyer of this plugin except instant plugin update and direct support from plugin author which we are already doing for you. A couple questions about the sermons function on this theme.
1. I noticed there isn’t an option for selecting a sermon speaker. Is this something that can be added on?
2. Is there also an option for displaying some recent sermons as a sidebar widget? I used the shortcode for displaying recent sermons but it is much wider than the sidebar.

1. Displaying sermons with speaker name option is not included with sermons because it is added as a custom post types which has same details for all sermons posts.
2. Sermons post display options widget is not available but you can use any good free plugin which can display custom post types in widgets. You can type this keywords in google search which will find many plugins “display custom posts widget”

How can I update my website to the latest theme update without loosing my site customization?
I recently received an email from you that the latest theme update is available, so would like to update my live site.

You can update theme by deleting current theme and uplaod latest version. You will not lost any data because data doesn’t store in theme files but it stores in database.
Steps:
1. Switch to any other theme like WordPress “Twenty Seventeen” theme. ( Deactivate “Spiritual” theme and activate any other theme)
2. Delete “Spiritual” theme.
3. Upload latest version theme zip file.
4. Activate theme.

I really like what I see in the thumbnail for your theme but when I try to load the demo it just constantly flashes. any chance you can fix the demo so I can see if it will work for us? It does that on my mac os 10.13.3 and on my iPhone and iPad. it does not do it on my 10 year old mac with an older operating system.

(I am Dutch. sorry about my English). I am using your template and build de website for my friend who did buy your template, so I am logged in on her name. The situation is that 3 years ago someone asked the same question as I have and the person solved the problem, but I do not know how. : “Is there any way to change “Sermons” into a different word? I need to change sermons in URL’s to articles (for example). I translated Sermons in PO/MO files but this has no effect on URL or admin panel.” I have a child theme working and the website is not online yet (it’s locally on my PC). You can edit sermons slug by adding below code in child theme functions.php file. ( You can edit this file from admin > appearance > editor > select spiritual child theme > click on functions.php file name from right sidebar file name lists > edit file and save.

After adding above code flush permalink other wise it will show 404 error page. ( You can refer YouTube video by keywords “flush permalink” )
You can edit sermons single page title and breadcrumbs text from admin > appearance > customizer > sermons single page.
