The latest theme update erased all of my theme colors and settings.
I have a backup and installed but all the theme colors etc are gone.
Where are these setting saved? What file or folder?

As soon as the new theme folder is uploaded, go to Appearance -> Fonts and colors and click on SAVE button so color changes there are recompiled in new theme files.

too slow support 1 reply in 24 hours is pathetic, Your stupic update cost me 1 years hardwork on the site and now I have to put it on maintenance mode.
Ur support replied and in 5 minutes I replied back and after that no response. They simply ghosted. Now they will comeback on monday. Its been 9 days my site is not up and whose loss? Mine.

The latest version of theme is 1.8. There are lots of fixes and updates were made.
IMPORTANT: Before you go ahead with the update please check theme changelog and make sure you backup your old theme folder. Download it to your computer locally.
It is the best practice to backup both your files and database regularly and especially before making some serious updates.
Here are the steps for the theme update:
1) Download the latest theme version in your Themeforest account -> Downloads.
2) Back up the current theme folder wp-content/themes/lifecoach/ – just save it on your desktop to be on the safe side or rename the folder.
3) Upload the new theme folder to wp-content/themes via FTP. (Do not make any changes/activations in Appearance -> Themes).
4) As soon as the new theme folder is uploaded, go to Appearance -> Fonts and colors and click on SAVE button so the changes there are recompiled in new theme files.
5) Update the included plugins if you see a notification message letting you know the plugins have a new version.
Navigate to WP Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins.
Deactivate and delete the plugin(s) of old version.
Go to Appearance -> Install Plugins and install the plugin(s) like it was described in the Plugins Installation section of this documentation: http://lifecoach.ancorathemes.com/doc/#plugins_installation

This error means that API project that you have created is not authorized to use API key.
Try to go to Developer Console -> APIs & auth -> APIs
Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating, Directions API and Maps Javascript API.

Will do. There are multiple clients with multiple licenses having the same problem with the same theme. Out of the 4 installs I have done so far only 1 installed the demo content without a problem.
All these issues are caused by the server settings. Submit a ticket and we will help you to solve this.
