Hi, I bought this theme a couple of months ago. I bought it for the second time, the first time on this account. When I bought it the second time it was to do an update which I did via ftp (had to buy 2 times as work lost the login details for the first install). Now I’m having issues with WPBakery, on the staff page when I try to add a new element the page just refreshes and so on. I have installed classic editor and I have WPBakery version 4.12 and can see people are on version 5. now. How do I update the WPbakery? Is the issue with adding a new element related to the WPBakery version or something else?

Yes, all you should do is to update our WellSpring theme to latest version and also WPbakery should be 5.6 version. Hi, I’m interested in buying this theme. However, I ran your demo site through Google’s PageSpeed Insights tool and it gets 3/100 on mobile and 52/100 on desktop. There are caching and image optimisation tactics we can take to improve this, but this will not be enough to make the site considerably faster as a lot of issues are in the way the theme is built. As speed is now a major factor in Google ranking, can you let me know how else we could improve performance? Do you have plans to do simple things like deferring JS/CSS, reducing JS execution time, deferring off-screen images, etc?

Please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

Hi, I understand that, which is why I mentioned those things specifically. But we can’t change how the theme is built so those JS/CSS issues will still be there. That’s why I’m asking the question. Do you have an example of your theme on a well-optimised site so I can compare?

Theme no longer allows me to edit pages using Visual Composer, as it keeps brining up this message ”Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of Visual Composer.”
I no longer have support, so I am unable to submit a ticket. However, I do not think that I should have to purchase support, because the theme update isn’t compatible with the version of visual composer within the theme. I desperately need to update the website and I would be grateful if someone could assist me.

What’s the best way to replace the mobile menu hamburger? I want to replace it with a completely separate bit of code to animate it and make it look a lot better, rather than having a static icon. I don’t simply want to change the colour and iconset, which I’m well aware is possible within the theme settings.
I’ve managed to do it successfully within Google Chrome DevTools by replacing with my code. However I cannot locate this bit of code in the theme files and I’m conscious that the mobile menu looks like it’s dynamically created using js, rather than being static code that I can simply amend.
What is the best way to do this?

Since the last update of the wellspring theme, all the testimonials bloc in “slider mode” of our website stopped working (i think it’s a js problem)

Hi. Is there any updates about performance? Theme look nice and powerful, but live demo is extremely slow. As I can see, there is a lot unnecessary .js and .css files loaded (Google PageSpeed Insights for optimisation said Mobile: Low; Desktop: Medium).

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.

Hi there, im having trouble with the rev sliders at the top of each demo page, when i import the demo the rev slider content says that its missing. The plugin is installed and i can make my own sliders. The demo sliders just are not there.

All of the sudden the Instagram widget stopped working and now Visual Composer will not load in the back end? Is there some sort of theme update coming or direction as to why this is happening out of the blue?

Please, check this article to solve issue with WPbakery page builder https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/11775 And If you want to reset instagram widget you need to try with reconnecting to instagram account: you can just login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you’re using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. You should find three records, delete them and your Instagram widget will be reverted to default state. But, our support team could also help you with this part. Are you using this in your theme at all? “vc_remove_param” it makes WP Bakery “Equal Column Height” Option disappear. Also did you disable the WP Bakery frontend editor in your theme?
