I really hope you have time to read all, and consider….
First of all, I should repeat that this is 100% perfect theme for any travel agency. BUT, you have some serious problems which should be considered at earliest…
1) SEARCH BOX
Example – HomePage 4 : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/homepage-4/
It should be suitable for every kind of travel agency, but it is not… there are sections which is not useful at all… such as “keyword”... we are not a search engine 
sections are fixed and can’t be changed… boxes are fixed and can’t be replaced… as they are predefined…
Search Box should contain : Destination / Tour Type / Travel Style / Duration / Date / Accommodation etc etc etc … and for sure these sections should be customizable by the travel agency…
Travelers first decide on the country, then the style of the tour that they would like to join, and then decide on the days, finally according to the prices they decide on the travel dates… This never changed in last 30 years (at least I know ), and will not change at all…
So, finally, “search box” should really be fixed seriously !!!!
2) SEARCH RESULT PAGE
Example – HomePage 4 : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/search-tours/?tour-search=&tour-activity=&tour-destination=africa&duration=&date=
Page title says “Search Tours”... Don’t you think that its funny as client already made the search for Africa… so instead of saying “search tours”, it should say something like “Trips in Africa” / Holidays in Africa” etc etc, with some description about the destination…. this is also a very important section update which should be done and also be controlled by the travel agency….
3) FILTERING BOX
Example – HomePage 4
There is a section for “Top Destinations”.. When you click on “See All Tours”, you reach the result as here : “https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour-destination/south-america/”...
This is the point where the problem starts, as if there are 200 tours in one destination, clients should check all the tours one by one to find the suitable one… And of course there is no such client who will spend such time fo this… so, you loose the client
But if there was a proper filter section on the page, it will take few seconds for the client to reach the result… and this will really make the site be USEFUL…
Filter Box should have all possible questions for clients, such as : Travel Style / Date / Duration / Start/End City / Must See Cities / Accommodation / Age Range / Budget / Price p/day / Deals / ... etc etc etc, and travel agencies should be able to customize filter box for their needs…
4) TOUR DETAIL PAGE
Example – HomePage 4 : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour/switzerland-7-days-in-zurich-zermatt/
First problem is, you should decide on if you want to use icons to explain basic details of the tour, or text… such as : “calendar icon – Availability : Jan 16’ – Dec 16’”... do not look logic and clever…
But the main problem in this section is : “DetailI | Itinerary | Map | Photos | Reviews”... If I was planing to go on a trip, first of all, I would read a little description which will catch me… secondly, I will check the itinerary details… thirdly see what is included and excluded… then photos and finally tour map and reviews… as I am almost deciding or not
So, yes this section is also should be updated to 21 century travel !!!
Finally, yes you have already done a great job and this theme is absolutely fantastic for the use of travel agencies, but also has little problems…. and I really hope that I was enough helpful to upgrade this theme, and now you can gift it to my use for free ... just kidding… I am ready to pay you 130 USD instead of 65 USD, if you can really do these in your next upgrade… I am also sure that there lost of agencies waiting for these upgrades… win win

Hi, Today I’ve updated the goodlayers core plugins to latest version which is 1.3.8. Though on this plugin changelog, I see goodlayer core plugin updated version is 1.4.2. So it’s confusing where I’ve the latest version of theme, but still older versioned plugin is there may be?
Anyway, after updating, there we’re facing several problems. Like, after creating a post and saving it as draft, then the page builder or seems javascript is not working. And also page builder code element is not working, just show the code on front-end. Like this https://vuelaalavida.com/viajes-a-norteamerica/
I’ve tried with these ways yet now. Uninstalled plugins, theme updated, then saved theme options, goodlayers plugins deleted and then again installed and activated. But couldn’t figure it out yet.
So need help on this please.

Hi I have some questions on the features before purchasing the theme
1. is there a shopping cart available? (as in buyer can add multiple tours before checking out as opposed to checking out 1 by 1)
2. Is it possible for customer to check out directly? (meaning everyone is a guest, no option to register or login)
3. While playing with the demo the single tour function when choosing adult child student the prices are not displayed? Is there any feature to enable the display of the price and label (adult, chlld etc)?

1. I am testing your demo and there are no ready page templates with a “filter sidebar”? I can see that, “search result page” has this feature. (example: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/search-tours/?tour-search=&tour-activity=&tour-destination=america&duration=&date=) Or do you have one?
2. Destination pages have a custom sidebar next to it (example: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour-destination/south-america/) Is it also possible to have the “filter sidebar” also, so that when you are at a destination page, you can still filter the tours.
3. Is it possible to change “banner photo” and add “description” on the Destination page? (example: https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour-destination/south-america/)
4. Can I also customize the “filter sidebar” (include or exclude sections)?
5. Is it possible to customize and change the places of the “boxes” in the search field?
6. Is that possible to customize the booking form? We also want to sell some transfer and other variable products.

So, is this means that we can’t create a proper page for each “Destination”, that we can customize it as we want? ...because it’s a “search result based page”.... Am I correct?
As you are not in travel business, and I can understand this. You have absolutely created a fantastic theme….but the real structure of a travel site is HOME > DESTINATION (including tours list, categories, activities, search filter etc.) > TOUR DETAILS > BOOKING… And “Destination is the most important section of a travel website, because it’s where customers decide on which tour they will take… so more information/details are required in this section…
I guess this is a serious point that you should really consider and let us know if you are able to help to create this destination page properly, so we can re-consider the theme.

2. The hard coding is not required. The demo site is created without hard coded. (Except some element in sidebar which is very small section. We have snippet code for them.)

2. You can disable the online payment from Tour Master panel and leave only enquiry form in this case.

Regarding the option when setting up a tour – Linking to an External URL – how do I make this appear in the same window rather than a new tab opening up?
Is there a piece of code I need to insert to block this new tab from opening and instead go to straight to the URL page?
I hope this makes sense. I essentially don’t want another tab opening to begin the booking process.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
What we can do is only to guide which files need to be done but you have to do cusotmization by yourself.
Please guide us which files need to be customized, we will do that by our own. Just give us a small overview?

If the Custom Code Title field is left blank, is it possible to not show the word “Price” when viewing the single tour? The tours I’m setting up don’t have prices listed. 3. Is it possible to set a new default template for the page builder when adding a new tour?

Just few questions:
1. Does the system have an Advance Booking discount feature? For Example a “x%” discount if a tour is Booked “x” months in advance.
2. Why in the Search Tour Page the Custom Filter are show as Type Filter? In the Tour Element you can chose as Search Field even all the Custom Filters. This issue confuses the user.
3. Do you plan a reset filter button in the next update? If an user made some mistake with the filter the only way to go back is use the go back button of the browser, or manually reset all the filters.
