There is no specific styles or integration for this specific plugin in the theme.
However, if the plugin is theme friendly, you shouldn’t have any issue with compatibility.

Good Evening, I updated to the most recent version and it deleted all of my customizations and css. I have the child theme active which should have prevented that but I pasted my original css code back into customizations and some no longer worked…like some of the classes were changed or something. What should I do to restore the customizations and prevent that from happening future updates?

Updating the theme shouldn’t delete anything in your theme settings. I didn’t changed any CSS classe names or structure.

Thank You! I transferred the site over after I posted. I have the child theme active and I put the css in the customize option you have rather than the stylesheet.css. That is the best way to secure my customizations right? If it does it again, I will let you know and send the login info.

Hi! I purchased for this theme and my support time has expired about a week ago… I hope you can help me anyway. When I update the theme (through envato Market plugin) I should be able to update Visual Composer too… But I always get an error and the only way I’ve found to update it is through ftp. That’s not a solution because I made this site for a client and the client doesn’t know how to do that. Can you please tell me why is not working? (I usually make sites with wordpress and I always buy themes in Themeforest, and I’ve never had this error before. when I update theme, I automatically can update VC).Thanks very much.

hi, the videos element in visual composer , when i select pagination : load more , it loads only 12 video items , how can i fix this ? PS: in the ( Number of Posts ) field i set it to 6

To set the archive video page post count, please see the customizer > Video tab.
Otherwise, if you use the video post page builder element, the pagination should display the correct amount of video. There is no know issue about this.

Is the page builder available on the Single Event page? We are looking for a slightly more detailed Event page than is displayed in the demo, and would like the ability to drop additional elements onto the page. Is this possible?

You can’t use the page builder in single event pages ATM. This is not an option built into the theme but thanks for the suggestion. This is something we may add to a future release.

Good Day Wolf-Themes, I am seriously considering buying the Glytch theme, but I am a bit concerned about the speed of the demo theme, as it loads very slowly on my iPhone 7 Plus when I open it in Explorer. Be very honnest – Is this just the demo or will the webiste then also be kind of slow? is its the Revo SLider or what that makes it slow? Would really appreciate your answer soonest thank you for a great looking theme sharp

The main home page loads in less than 4s. https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/Hxznp/https://demos.wolfthemes.com/glytch/ This is pretty decent for a website with a lot of images, videos, and audio.Indeed the Slider Revolution can add 1 or 2 seconds to the loading speed.
Glytch is designed for the most recent browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge …). It is, indeed, not optimized for IE.

Sorry, I was probably not clear enough… I meant the design files (PSD) You mentioned that they are included and I thought that these are the pages and the different elements

Layered PSD files of each page are not included as the theme has been designed directly in CSS.
However, you will find 21 web elements PSD files in the graphic-files folder of your theme package.

When you mentioned that the template includes PSD, it means all of the design pages and you mislead us when you wrote includes PSD. We are very disappointed…
Sorry, but I simply respected the Themeforest submission standards.

I’m having a problem when I install the theme and tried many ways to fix it and in the end I couldn’t reach my Wordpress Dashboard to solve the problem. My host told me I had to talk to you because you needed to change something with the php file. I don’t know much about all this stuff but I hope you can help me.

Hi there, I am very interested in buying Glytch, but there’s still a question on my mind. How is the “glitchy” effect that can be seen prominently in the demos achieved? Can it easily be disabled? The reason I’m asking is because I would need to use the theme for musicians in a genre where the effect just wouldn’t quite fit.

I recently bought a theme from wolfthemes/Glytch and it has been a pain in the… to make it work. Everything is right with my host provider. This is the reason I’m looking for your help and support. The problem I have is with the WPBakery and Revolution Slider plugins. In WPBakery I cannot edit/add text nor other features and with the Rev.Slider, I cannot use any “objects” (in the add layers disclosure menu).
Even though the plugins are fully functional and included with the theme, their functionality seems limitless. This is an error from your theme and I’m getting no support.
