Since I bought the themes, we always have a problem when it is time to update/save a page, the theme won’t save for some reason! I have many time before have that problem and my web designer at the time find a solution but today I cannot find the solution as he not work for me anymore. Should not need a web designer to solve this problem anyway!

Well pretty simple ….when you use google mobile friendly test. ( https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?hl=tr ) you will see the the tour pages are not mobile firendly. when i remove the picture gallery. it becomes mobile friendly again. Simply the problem is with the image gallery. i have the images on my tour pages 850*450 and i think this is a serious bug with your theme. After i created 100 pages …i have a notification mail from google saying that my tour pages are not mobile friendly. please tell me if there is another or easier way to fix this issue.

Not really but you can set the width of the container in admin panel, say 3000px. With this value, it’s quite like 100% full width

Nope, we’re not using Visual Composer in this theme. We use our own page builder.
You may use third party page builder plugin(Visual composer) but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.

Hi…. Ok I understand that, but I have a last question, the tours of your website works like a standar custom post??? because Visual composer can create grids of custom post If they work like a regular wordpress custom post….
Also I want to know if I the theme dont work to me can I get a refund??? the lack of visual composer is a big issue with the owner site, he said that he want visual composer.

1. So the tour post in our theme is a custom post type. Not the standard one. I’m not sure if it’s any way to use Visual Composer with custom post type or not but it allow then it should be fine.

2. Unfortunately, we can’t do the refund because this is digital product and it’s been downloaded already and this won’t be fair with us too. We will only approve refund when the theme can’t work as advertised or can’t work as demonstrated in demo site. Moreover, we have never advertised that Visual Composer being used in our theme :/

Just to make sure, so you want to create a static page of this layout : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour-destination/asia/ instead of using archive list, right?
In this case, you can do that. You can create a page with list of tour of certain category. For example : https://demo.goodlayers.com/traveltour/tour-side-thumbnail-right-sidebar/
But you may have to put the link in the menu only or may create a static link from image. However, if the link is from the category list : http://take.ms/QqZSA , it will only direct to archive page.
