We are much concerned about your negative experience with the theme installation. Dummy data installation depends on your server setting.
Please download demo.zip using the following link:
http://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/avicenna/demo.zipUnzip it and upload the extracted /demo folder into /wp-content/themes/theme_name folder. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.

So this is actually a very old issue we have been having but I am finally fed up with the contact form going to the wrong email.
When we first installed this theme back in April of 2018, I contacted you guys to fix a contact form issue: “I am using the WPBakery Page Builder to make these changes. Using the Form Element works fine as long as I leave the e-mail spot blank so that is sends the email to the admin. But as soon as I add a new email into the spot, I get an error on the website.”
Now this was fixed quickly and no errors showed anymore but then I (the Administrator) started getting contact form messages about 2 months later. I have tested the 2 contact forms we have on the site and each time it goes to the correct email I have set up. However for whatever reason, I still get the occasional email, including two more this week). This obviously has to do with whatever code was used to intially fix this. Any help to rectify this would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is feature, not a bug.
Homepage 2 uses another header style. By default, logo is uploaded in header layout.
You can replace logo under Layouts > Header Transparent Centered* – http://prntscr.com/ofmovs
You can keep logo block empty – in this case logo from Customize > Logo & Site Identity will be displayed.

Yes, Booked Appointment plugin comes bundled with theme.
Standalone (or separately purchased) plugins come with their own individual license, while bundled plugins purchased as part of a theme can only be used under the same license as the theme they came with.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Thinking of buying. Can you specify different services and can users book appointments for a specific services? Also once a service is booked can a user continue in an uninterrupted process to pay online for that service?

You can specify different title for each service in appointments calendar.
You may enable payment for services using Booked free addon “Payments with Woocommerce”.
How this add-on works?
1) A visitor will book an appointment. During this process, they will choose a product (and options if available) and submit the form to book the appointment.
2) The appointment will be saved as “Awaiting Payment”. The time slot will be filled for now.
3) If you have your appointments set to auto-approve, then it will be approved at this point.
4) The customer will be taken directly to checkout to pay for the appointment.
5) Once paid, the appointment will be marked as “Paid”.
6) If the customer leaves the checkout process at any point, they can come back to pay later from their Profile page. If they never pay, the appointment stays forever as Awaiting Payment

They should meet the theme requirements available before the purchase in online docs: http://avicenna.ancorathemes.com/doc/#getting_started In case you get “Error load data from file”, this means that the import from external files is not allowed on your server. Please enable allow_url_fopen.

I see your point, but it mostly depends on your skills and knowledge base – there are lots of files (PHP, JS) that include Google scripts (for map, fonts etc). You can easily remove Google map block from pages with WPBakery page builder, however if you are not familiar with customizing the files, you may need to contact custom design studio for getting customization.
