I have problems with category backgrounds. My post have two category mobile and game. Primary category is game. www.domain.com/category/game -> this background work but when enter single post on game category which have two categories.
permalink change and www.domain.com/mobil/post.html -> background not work. How to solve this problem?

WordPress generates a single permalink using the category with the lowest ID.(when choose more than one category) so how to change this function code to primary category?

In this case, i’m not sure about the possibilities to achieve this change. As i said previously, you will need to do some change to the permalink structure behavior to force using the primary category on the permalink instead of the lowest category ID as you mention on above.

Everything was working fine `till now. An support period has expired just this month. It’s not a Yoast problem. When I turnoff this plugin the problem persist.

hi LauraMF, its can happen. its better if you finish your website first before you use this plugin. if you currently modify many setting on your website, it may cause the issue.
also this plugin is not mandatory to install, you can install another plugin. there is many good plugin that work very well.

It seems you will need to do manual translated at the moment. Please try to check this file
/jnews/fragment/comments.phpthen you will find that text. I recommend you to use JNews child theme to avoid losing the changes that you made when doing theme update. If you already using JNews child theme, you need to put the file with this folder structure
/jnews-child/fragment/comments.php

It’s quite strange for me regarding this issue. Please try to revert back to the parent theme. Then please try to make export the customizer setting and widget setting.
You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/. Then you can switch into child theme and import the customizer and widget setting.

After six hours of customizing, the customization page stopped. I can’t continue.. this is where THEME OPTIONS page wins over this customization page. 
Also, there are now lots of plugins.. and the site becomes slower contrary to the claim that is fast.

1. For the theme option, at the moment we don’t implement it yet. But we already make a lot of changes to improve the performance of customizer faster.
2. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t officially provide support for Adsense Auto Ads plugin yet. Did you have a problem when using that plugin with JNews?
3. About the import demo, you can easily to import demo content on the JNews Import Demo dashboard. You just need to wait for a while until all importing process done and we already provide information about the import progress during the importing process.

Dude, when do you know that the import is finished? I temporarily stopped implementing the theme because of this. It is taking forever. So I am hoping that there is an available demo file that I can download first and upload in my site.

At the moment we don’t support Twitter yet due to their user data permission. It’s a little bit hard to get user email from Twitter API which will be used on the social login and social register feature.

Thanks for your suggestion above. I’ve been checking your website previously and i notice there’s mixed content issue ( SSL issue ). This issue related with server configuration issue. Please make sure if you setup SLL well on your website. Also, make sure the site and home URL already using HTTPS. You may need to contact your server administrator to setup it correctly.

Previously i’ve been checking that website on the mobile version and i notice on the mobile version they’re not using JNews theme or maybe they have been doing some customization in there. But on desktop view, they are using JNews. Let me know if you have further question.
