Thanks for looking into it. My support did expire but when I purchased the theme, it said that it entailed to lifetime updates. Judging by the user comments above, it seems that it is an update issue, not a technical support one.

The information on my website needs to create custom post types and custom taxonomies to better organize its content. I am interested in being able to show this information using the blocks and grids of your theme. Is there any way to do it? Can I reuse the templates parts of the blocks and grid? I know how to program and could use filters in the code to manipulate the query. In that process would you help me?

Hi, is it possible to change the background-image size for example inside your “News in Grid View” here in demo: http://bk-ninja.com/gloria_m/ Reason i’m asking is that this background-image is loaded in full size whereas it only needs to be in a much smaller size. Why doesnt it load in “small” size instead of “full”? Google Pagespeed tells me to resize those images. Also: How do you add the WebP images inside your background-images. Is this a plugin or is that supported by template and i only have to provide WebP Images? Thanks!

The posts seem to be optimized for mobile browsing, but my pages are not. When I put images in my pages, even the SAME image from a post, the image in the post is fine, the image in the page is distorted. Are pages not optimized for mobile? Also, nothing I do can get me set up for an account on the bkninja site, I’ve given all required information several times, but can’t get in, so this is the only place I can go to for help.
