Thank you for taking interest in our theme. When it comes to multi vendors, we didn’t test our theme with any plugin for this purpose, so we cannot confirm compatibility.

Hi, I have three pre-sale questions regarding reviews of the tours:
1) Can the tour reviews be just simple ones without any criteria? Like this template does: http://adventure-tours.themedelight.com/tours/surfing/2) Can I display reviews only without displaying “Leave a review” form? In fact my clients post reviews on Tripadvidor, and I just would like to copy them into my web site.
3) Your template seems not to provide structured micro data information for Google. It is very important for reviews to have them properly displayed on Google search. I can not see any rating/reviews snippets while I am testing pages using your template via Google Structured Data tool. I have used as an example this one: https://www.lamountain.es/tour-item/ascension-toubkal/ Can this problem be fixed via support?For the rest your template looks perfect. If I can solve these three issues, I will be happy to by it. Thanks!

1)You can customize review criteria, an leave only overall for example in order to achieve what you want: https://www.screencast.com/t/oOJFFoA8CMlV2) You can easily hide “Leave a review” form using custom CSS, but please bear in mind that review functionality on our theme is not connected to Trip Advisor, so you will need to make different users and enter all of their comments manually or try to use some 3rd Party plugin with this functionality. Please note that, unfortunately, we haven’t tested any plugin with this functionality with our theme.
3)Unfortunately, this is a little bit outside of our support scope. We are here for every issue you might have with the layout or some functionality not working, but if you wish to edit and develop our theme further to your needs, please consider someone from Studio Envato or Upwork.

Hi, i Want to know where is the archive where appears all the theme words in English for translate it in to Spanish? I was looking for the archive .po but I dont find the complete archive. It is true that our dynamic shortcodes(such as Testimonials for example) doesn’t display well in RTL mode. However, some of our customers are using RTL and they were able to fix this with custom CSS.

Hi, I have some questions before buying this theme: 1.Concerning SEO, is your theme Yoast or All in One SEO Pack plugins compatible? 2. I understant the theme has your own booking system. Is it Woo Commerce booking plugin compatible? What about Woo Commerce payments? 3. Can I see some screenshots from the admin / customer page for price listings? I am interested if I can: a. add multiple prices for the same tour, for different departure dates, including discount prices? b. add individual vs group prices (price modifies is number pf participants changes)? c. add multiple departure hours 7 prices for the same tour & the same date, each with their own ‘book now’ button? d. add additional prices for a tour, except for the main one (ex. Single room supplement, transfer from the airport, etc) 4. can a ‘read more’ or ‘view tour’ be added on the Tour List foe each tour? 5. are ‘Tour attributes’ (from dashboard page, listed as ‘included / not included’ inside tour page) be modified or more attributes added? 6. Can ‘Filter tour’ be modified, add new field or substitute ‘month’ with ‘departure location’? I have tours starting in different cities. 7. Is payment accepted only with Paypal?

1. Tour features are integrated within Mikado Tours Plugin, and booking system is an integrate part of this, so you can only hide a booking form with CSS.
2. Unfortunately, you cant use WooCommerce instead of theme Booking system and keep Tour single layout and functionality. What you can do is make all the tours as a WooCoomerce products and add link to the product single page inside of Tour Single content.

I don’t recommend this theme, it brings errors all the time, the demo imported doesn’t appear well, and the pages and posts can not be edited, WP Bakery is not activated in this theme and if u ask for help they don’t reply you earlier…

Hi! I purchased this theme and installed it, however I now can’t access any of my ‘Pages’ from the backend or add a new page. When I try to click them I get the error message ‘Connect was reset’. If I change the theme away from Voyage it works perfectly fine again, so this is definitely theme related. How do I fix?

It is user friendly and we included a lot of powerful shortcodes into it. Gutenberg should work well within our theme, although we suggest to use WPbakery instead, where all our theme options are included.

Yes, WPbakery is available for single tour items https://www.screencast.com/t/hmWDyP61FHlw There is no option to make this tabs fixed, but you could try to do modification in script file to achieve this.
