Actually most of our themes since Infinite Theme, are now compatible with Gutenberg. (Only blog post, not custom post type.)

1. The demo pages/layouts are built with our page-builder not the gutenberg editor. Compatibility means there won’t be any issue using our theme in the new WordPress version with gutenberg.
2. It will but you won’t be able to use all the features shown on the demo.

1. We don’t have the specific performance review but when you use with caching plugin, it will be quite fast
2. Weill, you can do that but normally the homepage (or other static pages) will be created by our page builder. But for the posts itself, you can use only Gutenberg if you need. The theme fully supports that
3. Nope, we use our own css framework which is, of course, responsive as well.
