The following is a common issue :

Error 500/ Blank Page : Error 500 is a common error message. You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error. The most common reason is the memory exhaustion error which happens when your host allows you low php memory_limit. You can install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ and after activation please navigate to Settings > PHP Info and search for memory_limit. If it is less than 256M, you need to contact your host and ask them to increase.

If you are using a third-party plugin, you should contact the plugin developers regarding the exchange rate and other features related to multi-currency.

You’ve posted the question in the wrong forum. I am sincerely sorry about your frustration. The plugins that you’ve mentioned Slider Revolution, King Composer require at least 256M of memory_limit to work. If you are on a shared hosting or a if your memory limit is lesser, they may not work.

You can use any other alternatives of your choice but most page builder plugins as well as slider plugins have the same minimum requirements.

I understand this is not what you want and I’ll refund your purchase if you may seek.

Please make sure you’ve disabled catalog mode in Electro > Shop > Catalog Mode. When enabled, the catalog mode will remove all shopping cart features.
