1. We have an extended view for products, where we have not used tabs. Ref : https://demo2.madrasthemes.com/electro/product/ultra-wireless-s50-headphones-s50-with-bluetooth/

2. By default WooCommerce does not allow you to add videos to product slider. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins to achieve it.

3. Payment gateways work independent of the theme. Our themes also don’t have any code that would change payment gateway’s work. We have only added styles that is how they look and not functionality that is how they work. WooCommerce has varied options for Payment gateways. You can read about payment gateways available with WooCommerce here :

If FastPay has a WooCommerce compatible plugin, then you should have no problems using it.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The theme is compatible with WordPress 5.0 with old classic editor plugin installed. However there are many crucial plugins that aren’t compatible yet like WPML. I’d advise you to make sure all plugins you are using to be compatible with WordPress 5.0 and then update.

When you import our dummy data you’ll have a website similar to this : https://demo.madrasthemes.com/electro/ which has placeholder images instead of actual images. We do not have the right to distribute the images, we only have the right to use them commercially. Hence our dummy content will contain only placeholder images instead of actual images. Actual images take lot of time to import and usually breaks the importer causing error 500 and other issues. Also your website could be slapped with a DMCA notice in future if they find out about using copyrighted images. It is safer, better and faster to use placeholder images instead of actual images.

Did you use loco translate to translate the theme ? The theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. Thank you for getting back. Page options in page template does not allow you to add more blocks. You can achieve this by using Elementor or WP Bakery Page Builder. Once you’ve added them you should enable “Page Content” in page options.

1. Header v4 does not have departments menu dropdown. It only has a navbar. It is not possible to add departments menu via options. It can be done via custom coding but it would take some time.
