If you browse for a while on the website you will get the error. After navigating to 4-5 pages the website crashes so does the admin panel.
Thank you for the follow up “Error establishing a database connection” means that the php files can’t talk to the database. This seems to be a timeout issue with the hosting setup, perhaps a memory limit or connection issue. Please check with your host and ask them to view the error logs.

2. Everything shown in the live demos can be recreated in the standard version of Elementor – no upgrade needed. Did you run the theme setup? The setup includes an import of all of the forms from the demo.
You can also manage the forms and create new ones in the “Formidable” section in the admin. And you can use the “Formidable Forms” widget to add them to any page.
Does this theme allow for link customization of the main logo?
I have looked through all the documentation available and can’t find anything about logo link adjustment/customization which is standard on most popular themes. Any info on this is appreciated. Thanks.
Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We don’t have that but that would be a good feature to add. You could always make a child theme and copy that file over to edit manually or use the home_url hook https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/home_url/

Hi, I just bought the theme, and there is a problem when installing7activating the elementor plugin. During the theme setup, it gets to installing and then activating the plugin, but it fails! What can be done here in this case? Thank you very much.

I just purchased the theme and selected crypto during the set up. How can I switch to App/Saas? Or can I use pages/elements from both within WP (this is what I expected)?

The widget elements, theme options, and settings are the same for both demos but if you want to have the templates from both demos then it should work well if you run the theme setup a second time, this time selecting App/SaaS instead.

Hi, yes the theme and the page builder are both fully localized and translatable with support for the WPML plugin. Specifically referring to RTL, the page builder does completely support it, but some parts of the theme have not been fully tested for RTL at this time. So almost all areas of the site should work well right away but it may just take a bit of manual work.

Hi, sorry to hear it has not worked for you right away. We find that the importer works well for +95% of customers, but in some cases some server settings may just need to be adjusted. If you contact your host or server admin and ensure that these settings are met, you should be able to successfully run the importer:

Nothing is perfect but this is by far the best theme I’ve worked on. The absence of the Discord icon is really disappointing though. It’s the most important community tool in the crypto space. You can add your own icons somehow but not in the footer, so it’s a big problem. In general though this theme is just incredible.

Out of the box, the theme does have support for Bitcoin, Telegram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, Slack, and many others as we are using FontAwesome which comes with Elementor and I know that soon Elementor will be updating to FontAwesome 5 which includes a Discord icon.
However if you want to show Discord or any other that’s not available in Elementor, I recommend using this free plugin instead which works very well with our themes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-icons/

No problem. Yes the plugin actually has an option for that as well – if you select to show the Icon label then they display with text in a vertical column.

Hi guys, I have a big issue with the blog. Basically when you are in the post page the title disappears and if I add a feature image the alignment is wrong and the image too big. The two problems are correlated i guess. I saw that I can fix the problem editing the page in the WP editor but doing so I lose the Elementor editing, so it’s not a solution. Any ideas? Sounds like a big bug.

Regarding the title, there is actually a post-specific option to hide/show like there is on pages as well. It should be on by default but it can be changed any time: https://cl.ly/410e213cef46
Posts have a few components that generally appear by default: Featured Image, Title, and Post meta info (date, author, etc). In the standard version of Elementor, there isn’t an option provided to really move or modify those parts, so if you want to use Elementor to create different layouts in the Posts, it’s often best to hide the defaults and add your own. Also yes as you mentioned, a recent version of Elementor has introduced a small bug causing the photo alignment to be off, so we’ll ensure that is fixed soon – or if you open a ticket we can provide code for that as well.
Is there a modal or popup for a lead submission form?
Included with the theme is the Formidable Forms Lite plugin which does not include a modal form option right out of the box. There is an add-on which works best with any of the Pro upgrades: https://formidableforms.com/pricing/ You are also welcome to instead use any other form plugin which can easily be swapped in place of the Formidable plugin if you like.

Thank you for your reply. I think you should have renamed the theme to something different as you are simply not developing version 1 any longer and the website requires a complete rebuild. This is not good user experience and either me or client will need to pay for the rebuild. Either or, you lost me as a customer. Good luck with your new version.
Hi, I’m sorry to hear that. Presently we are still supporting Pursuit v1 for any customers with active support and we will continue to support it as long as possible.
We put a lot of thought and consideration to how we could update the theme, and we certainly do want to provide the best experience for customers. The original meta box builder system was simply too outdated and we wanted to offer an experience that was greatly improved from that.
We feel that what we now have is a massive improvement from the previous version, and existing customers can get the update without purchasing a new license so we feel there is a lot of value there for those who decide to migrate to the new version.

There’s an issue with the “Page Builder Widget Pack”. When activated, our site is not reachable and we get a HTTP 500 error. When the plug-in is deactivated, some of our content is showing, but most of our content is missing. This issue seems to have started within the past 24 – 36 hours.
Hi, yes sorry for the inconvenience. The Elementor developers are moving quickly releasing frequent updates and in this case there was a small conflict between our Widget Pack plugin and the latest Elementor version that was released yesterday morning.
We released an update yesterday to fix it, so you should have the option to update the Page Builder Widget Pack plugin to version 1.1 which will correct the conflict with the new Elementor update.
If you don’t see the update available, you may need to update to the latest version of the theme. In that case we recommend using the included Envato Market plugin.
Let me know if there is any issue with that.
Elementor is causing issues yet again. Our site won’t load… just get “Fatal Error”. Did Elementor release an update recently??

Yes, it should all be compatible. I’m very surprised to see an error. I think this is some old code that we will remove. It should not error on your site, I see that you are using a check tool. That’s fine but the theme should work well.
