Hello, this theme is great, however I don’t see where to EASILY change the main font size of the paragraph text throughout the site without putting in a ticket. (Any other theme I’ve purchased, this was easy to do. Am I missing something?)

The font, as-is seems tiny in comparison to other sites (like it needs to go up a font size or two).

In the Appearance you can find Fonts & Colors section. It allows you to create/customize color schemes and manage theme’s fonts. Please open Fonts and colors->Fonts->and edit “Text” field.

Can I use this theme on more than one site?

Hello,

With the regular license, you should use the theme, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee. You should use the theme for 1 project only. If you want to create the 2nd project, please buy the theme again.

I was wondering why the social icons aren’t showing up in the footer. It displays as text even though I have “Text and Social Icons” selected in the Theme Options. Not seeing anywhere to fix that.

Hi there, can you tell me what you are using under the section, “Our Services” on this page? http://jacqueline.themerex.net/services-2/ (Sorry I don’t like inserting demo info but this looks like “Tabs” but I don’t see this option… or better yet, do you have a FULL list of elements / features with examples as a lot of developers provide? I didn’t see this only a small one under shortcodes.

We use 874×998 px image dimension.

Are you referring to the images in the tabs??? That seems too large for those pictures. I’m not referring to the images the bottom but the ones that appear when you click through the tabs section towards the top.

For example the dimensions of this image wp-content/uploads/2016/04/3-1.jpg is 392×448 px.

Since, there’s no user menu in mobile version by default, your request requires css files editing and we provide such information in the tickets only.

Hello, I just purchased this theme and am used to the traditional look and visual composer. I’m don’t really like the way it looks now when trying to build pages. How do I get back to the traditional way? When I try to go to Edit with WPBakery Page Builder (it’s the front end) when I go to the backend, it looks like your page builder but I’d like the traditional wordpress one – but using the WPBakery.

How do I get there?

I’m trying to translate one section of the contact form “I agree that my submitted data is being collected and stored” to French, Catalan and Spanish however it won’t change. The second part of the agreement changes fine. I’m using Loco Translate.

Please edit it in the Theme options->Other tab: Text with Privacy Policy link – Specify the text for the checkbox in a default form. This text will be displayed before the Privacy Policy link. It works only for forms that are built using trx_form shortcode.

In order to add/custimoze the Privacy Policy link, navigate to Settings (WP Dashboard) > Privacy and specify the page that will be used as a Privacy Policy one.

​Dear support,

I’ve read all your documentation on how to install a child theme in case i would like to update my website. I’ve also called a friend who’s a developer himself. In your documentation we read that if we installed the child theme we could update our website (and theme) to the latest version. We’ve made a backup before we even started adjusting things, just in case.

​After we installed the child theme we didn’t activate it immediately​, but at that point we saw that our website was displayed incorrectly. After some little searching we saw that our custom options (CSS, JS and Google Analytics) were gone???? We started over with the backup we made before, but to our surprise we saw the same problems we had before, none of the custom options were there.

How is that possible? After a full backup all the custom options were gone? We would like to have an explanaition for this, after all this is a theme option that seems to fail, we have a bunch of backups but none of them will give our custom theme options back.

​​Is their a custom adjustment we need to make to get our custom options back? If so, please send us some additional information.

Hi there, I am trying to make some general changes to the theme under Theme Options, for instance Top Panel Style to minimal, after saving it, nothing changes.(I have demo data installed) – I tried this theme out quite a while ago without having this problem, but now that I am ready to use it I can’t seem to get it to make changes, maybe it is because I am using a newer version of wordpress?
