Hello! Once you’ve downloaded the installation file on ThemeForest, extract it and locate a file called Nanosoft.zip.
1. Go to Appearance > Themes -> Add New -> Upload Theme (Nanosoft.zip) After done installing, click Activate to publish the theme
2. After activating the theme, you will be asked to installed the required and recommended plugins, you can proceed by clicking on Begin installing plugins -> http://prntscr.com/lqjvgw
3. After install plugins, go to Appearance > Install Plugins -> Activate all Plugins
4. Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data, on the next page, then click to the import button to start import process. -> http://prntscr.com/lqjyv8

Hey great theme however, there is an issue with the header. The top navigation menu and the sticky header break if the user clicks open a sub-menu on the navigation. If they scroll up the sub menu sticks to the top of browser.
Steps to recreate: 1. ) scroll down past landing navigation menu. Sticky navigation menu pops up. 2. ) Click a sub menu item open. 3. ) Scroll back up.
Now the sub menu is stuck under the top of the browser. Cannot close with “X” as it is hidden. Only a refresh fixes the issue.
Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

i have been working with support for almost 3 days already. Support is not that helpful and still can’t resolve it. Support just asking me things and showing some reference and not actually helping us. Sample data doesn’t work yet. that’s stressful.

There’s no slider content included with the theme. Just send me the slider content; don’t want to have to reinstall the entire theme. Also, the pricing tables are missing and there doesn’t seem to be any VC elements for them, and I can’t find the setting to turn off the site preloader animation.
