Thank you for letting us know about the issue with the href of the thumbnail in the recent posts widget. It is a minor fix we will do with the next theme version.

The Special Color is used for various elements in the schedule, like icons or titles. Because Pirouette has a custom integration for the Events Schedule plugin, with custom styles and modal, various elements inherit color settings from the theme. For example, in the Weekly Schedule style, elements like the duration will use the Special Color and elements like the title of the days will inherit the Primary color of the theme.

For future communications, please use the dedicated support platform, as it will be much easier for us to keep track of the conversation and offer you dedicated solutions, for your particular elements in the page.

Hi again: “Special Color” on Design Options/General Coloring in Schedule Builder has no effect on colored items or modal window for Classes/Events… is this a bug? Or a misinterpretation?

For the Font Awesome social or other brand icons, you should add the fab ID also in the shortcode like this: [icon icon=”fa-facebook-square fab” size=lg] If this does not help display your icons, please open a ticket on our support platform. All the best.

the last update did not fix the calender issues with the popups. on modal option there is still grey unsharp fullscreen indtead of infobox.

Modal issues can be caused only by the Non Standard WordPress Theme (Insert Javascript Templates before Footer) option, at Classes > Settings > Advanced. If you are encountering the issue with this option deactivated, then it should be caused by a local conflict. In this case, you need to open a ticket so we can investigate on your platform. it is not possible to save any settings. i tried deaktivate all other plugins. no change. now it seems i have to by exta support for an issue that is not in my hands but caused buy a simple themeupdate.

You should check in the settings page if you have any errors related to wp json. In this case, you should contact the server admin and ask if you have any settings or restrictions that could affect the Rest API. We do not have any similar issues reported from other clients, so the cause should be a local conflict. This type of issues are usually server settings related.

Yes, when we update the theme to a new version, we always update the included plugins along with it. You should always use only the plugins versions included in the theme, as they are tested for compatibility You should ignore any message related to plugin updates, as it is only for direct buyers of the plugin. We can not give you a clear date for the next theme version release, but we do frequently update the theme, to make minor fixes and keep everything up to date. All the best.

Hi there: I see the theme comes with some plugins, including Visual Composer (which I assume means WPBakery). My question is how long do you provide updates for the theme and these 3rd party plugins? Is it based on how long we purchase support from themeforest or are updates (theme/plugins) ongoing? Thanks

With one license you have lifetime use of the theme and updates. We update all the included plugins along with the new theme version, to the current version available at the moment. All the best.

I purchased this item awhile ago but recently while using the Envato Market Wordpress plugin to update the theme automatically, I received an error. After some research, the culprit (according to Envato): “x is using a deprecated API for their automatic updates. In fact, it was deprecated since 2015, so they had plenty of time to fix it before problems started occurring.”

Would appreciate if you could fix this issue, so I don’t need to manually update this theme every time an update is pushed. Other than that, the theme is phenomenal and works great. Thanks!

The timetable is displayed with our Events Schedule plugin, which includes booking through WooCommerce. ERROR in Schedule Builder on Monthly Calendar script, after update

This is a known compatibility issue between the new WP 5.0 version and the previous Events Schedule version. We will update very soon the theme with the new Events Schedule plugin version and this will be fixed. All the best.

Due to recent changes made by Google, it is now mandatory to use a Google Map API for the map to be displayed. You need to add your API key at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > Google Services > Google Maps Api Key. If you do not have one, you can create it here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key As for the search in the header, we don’t have such a default element, please open a ticket with a link to your page and we will take a look. It’s in my cart! Pre-sales question – I’m going to install it on my staging domain and then migrate to main domain. How do I not link the staging domain? I don’t want to miss out on updates if I link with staging and not the main domain.

last update seemed to crash the calender popups. if ou choose modal options in the schedule builder a grey unsharp fullscreen mask appears instead of the infobox. Same with small and large modal option. any ideas how to fix that? i really wondered. the theme is really great and i never hat problems before.

If you don’t have the filters set as expanded, then you should add a name for the button in the Filters Toggle Button Label field. The date display in the pop up window is controlled through the Date Format field below the Modal Options, not through the schedule field. classes -> performances

instructors -> artists

schedule -> program

tickets -> tickets

2. can these post type slugs get renamed?

3. there is another site to build for a summer cinema, so again would it fit for that?

You should be able to build your festival site with Pirouette and the included Events Schedule plugin. It should work for a cinema also, but maybe our Theatre theme is a better fit: http://demo.curlythemes.com/theatrewp/

Thank you for your reply. In the future I think this should be included in the information before the purchase as this is not clear in the basic information. Unfortunately, I bought the theme without realising that I had to have a Wordpress Business Plan and now I’m stuck with the theme without being able to use it. : ( unless I pay for the Business Plan which I can’t afford at the moment.

Theme Forest products are mainly built for using them on your own platform with WordPress. Why are you committed to the WordPress.com hosting solution? If you can not afford their business plan, you can find a cheaper solution with hosting your domain at another WP hosting provider. All the best.
