Hello. I was customizing the theme under Appearance > Customize and it kicked me out of Wordpress. I’ve been trying to get back into that same section but I keep getting an HTTP ERROR 500. Without re-installing the theme, is there anything else I can do to try to have this section appear again?
FYI. The rest of Wordpress functions fine. It’s just the link to Appearance > Customize gives me an error.

Hello, I have a few questions about this theme. I am having trouble formatting it to the way the theme preview is. I will need your help regarding a few things.

1. How do I change contact information in header (phone number and ‘appointment’ link)?
2. How do I make logo bigger in header? (Usually there is a ‘theme options’ section – but I don’t see that on this theme??

1. You can change it under Layouts > Header Fullwidth
2. You should add this css rule to Customize > Additional CSS: .sc_layouts_row_type_compact .sc_layouts_logo img { max-height: 60px; } and change 60px to the desired logo height.

the submit button on the contact form shows “Transmit failed! Invalid server answer!” when i tried testing it…now i have searched all over cant find where to see or change the email to submit to or its related setting

Built-in contact form can be customized in core theme files (wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\shortcodes\form folder).
If you want to edit text labels, you should edit language file from wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\languages folder.
As an alternative solution, you can replace default form with Contact form 7 plugin – it offers advanced options for contact form configuration.

Contact form may not work if WP mail function is not supported on your server. In this case you will need to configure SMTP plugin, you can get SMTP settings from your hosting provider.

As a rule, the problem is caused either by server cache (please check if there are any built-in cache tools on your server and flush cache), or file/folder permissions (especially files from wp-content/themes/hotlock/css folder) – if the files are not writable, the changes won’t be applied.

I would like the blocks “Standard telephone”, “Videosurveillance”, etc … don’t return to the page dedicated to them. Just that they are visible but not clickable.
I looked in my page builder but could not disable the referral.

You can disable the links with this custom css rule, please add it to Customize > Additional CSS: .sc_services_item_title > a { pointer-events: none; } .sc_services_item.without_content.with_icon { pointer-events: none; }

Unfortunately, no – these shortcodes are created with WPBakery page builder. Gutenberg editor has its own elements.

The issue is caused by your server settings, max_execution_time is 30, while theme requires 600. All plugins are installed and activated now, however you should contact your hosting provider and increase max_execution_time, as demo data may not be installed correctly. Also please check other parameters: memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M

You are welcome! 1. By default, logo is linked to homepage, there is no need to additionaly set it up.
2. As I can see you are using Default header, which doesn’t have advanced settings comparing to custom header styles. You can hide it with css rule added to Customize > Additional CSS: .sc_layouts_title { display: none; }
If you want to reduce the height, you can add this css rule to Additional CSS: .page-id-2 .sc_services_iconed .sc_services_item_content { min-height: 1em; } If it’s not what you mean, please submit a ticket at https://axiom.ticksy.com/ with more details (screenshots for better understanding)
