When I add more than 1 testimonial, the whole page is broken from that part on downwards. Anyone else has this kind of problem. I once changed this part to fit a video in but even if I take the standard custom page home-page.php it doesn´t work. maybe i made some stupid mistake in any other configuration php but i don`t know why. anyone keen to help me on this?

Regarding the ‘embed Google Maps’ – I do not want to add an API KEY (which has issues).

I just want to add the code: “Cest+Si+Bon+Hotel,+Swembad+weg,+Otjiwarongo” with zoom level, etc.

But the website keeps on having this alert on top “Please obtain Google Maps API key and enter it in WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > Google Maps > Google Maps API Key field to display Google Maps here.”

If I add the API Key, then I get a blank area where the map should be. But I do not want to use the API Key anyway.

Is there another way around this?

Good morning, my hotel client has their own booking system (Nightsbridge). They therefore do not need the ‘availability’ calender, check-in sections, etc. What do I need to uninstall or change to remove these from the website? I can still use the ‘book now’ button – but then just link to their online booking system.

Hi, yes the number of rooms left shows inside the availability calendar.

For example “2 available” means that 2 rooms of this type left. When you approve reservation in the backend this number automatically updated.

but on the customer part, can they see the rooms how many left?

They can see how many rooms left through availability calendar. If there’s no rooms left on that day (all booked) they can’t create a new booking request for that room.

Hi! I translated it with Polylang and everything works perfectly apart from the NEWS section in Homepage: The English version works, but not the Spanish: the slug cannot be ”news” as it is already for the English category… How can I make the translated news appear also on the Spanish version?

Hello again Ray, and thank you for your accurate response. I actually obtained an API key and placed it in the Theme Options, Google Maps tab in order for the map to work properly, as i see no place for placing an embed map code. So you are suggesting that there is an update that is not mentioned in the Item Details page, where there is some changes in Google Maps tab in Theme Options? Because i see that the last update there is on 2016. I am not trying to play it smart, i am just informing you in case you have forgotten to write it up. If item updates list is updated, then i have already the latest version of the theme installed. So in any case, i am looking forward to hearing from you in order to clear things up. Thank you for your time!

Hello, you don’t need to place the code of the map, you just need to enter API key and your hotel location in a new “Search query to find your hotel” theme option. If you don’t have such option in your Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > Google Maps you don’t using the latest theme version. Also there’s updated info in the documentation on how to set up a new google maps.

Yes I don’t mention update in the item details page and don’t changed its version so it still shows version 1.2.
