Is it possible to add descriptions to menu-items? I want to include a Shop-Section in the menu, but the actual shop it not ready yet, so I would like to add a short description in the sub-menu/mega-menu which says “Available soon!”.

You can disable the breadcrumb in Appearance > Customize > Page Header. There is an option to disable it in this setting panel.

1. Yes, you can use it for any type of shop site. But you need to install addition plugins for dropshipping. By default, WooCommerce doesn’t support drop shipping very well, you need to install plugins for WooComemrce drop shipping.
2. At this moment, we didn’t test this theme with any multi-vendor plugins. So we’re not sure this theme will work with them.
3. No, this theme has no page for Instagram sales.

3. Yes, our supporters will help you change the button color to another.
4. Yes, you can put maximum 4 columns at the footer. There are options to control that.
5. Yes, you can. This is a core option of WooCommerce plugin. You can found it in the WooCommerce Settings page.

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin needs activation before I am able to use it. According to the documentation, I know that this should not be, so I am not sure why this is. I imported a demo and I need to remove some blocks and edit them with my store’s products, but it seems I would need to do so through the WPBakery Page Builder to edit them.
What do I do about this? I’m not sure why the plugin needs activation since it comes with the theme, but I do not have a sign in or activation code for this product.

Thank you for your response, but the WPBakery plugin IS already activated. It just will not allow me to use it. There is no option to begin using this plugin. Also, it says ‘Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin… to receive automatic update, license activation is required.’
Perphaps you didn’t update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin to the latest version. Firstly, please make sure you installed the latest version of Sober. Then you can follow this documentation to update it:

I have just reactivated it again after some time, but for some reason the only options I see in ‘Customize’ is 4: Menus, Widgets, Woocommerce, and Additional CSS. This means that I can not customize things such as the logo or header etc. I don’t understand why this is. Any idea?
Update: I have fixed it. I forgot to reactivate the required plugins as well!

Hi, in the banner grid, don’t the images resize themselves? I find that I have to provide an image that is always in the exact size for the different parts of the grid. This is quite cumbersome actually, and seems like a lazy omission. The images should be able to resize themselves to fit the different parts of the grid and not have me do the manual resizing myself.
Currently, it makes it harder to design an website layout with multiple of these banners as I cannot move around images without breaking the design layout of the banner.
Please suggest a way to fix this, or include an update in your code for the theme. It is an essential requirement.

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t show price as “From … to”, I think a plugin on your website changed the default price format of WooCommerce. The CSS class of the price is “price”. It is the main CSS class of the price. Other classes are added by plugins, we can’t know them.
Beside on it – after your last Update, the “Add to Cart”, “Checkout” and WMPL works verry slow. Can you re-check your coding?
In the last update, we dindn’t edit anything relates to the Checkout process or WPML. Perhaps this is a problem from plugins. Please open a ticket on the support system, our supporters will help you check it.
