Hi, We’ve only updated the WPBakery to the latest version. But the correct way would be to update the theme automatically, using Envato Market plugin.
Is there retina support for Slide? I can see the logo is not crispy
Hi and thank you for being interested in Slide theme. At this moment, the theme is always showing the same image to the visitor, no matter if the visitor is using a retina or non retina display. You can show a better version of your images, by using higher resolution images. Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi, I’ve made a test on the demo website and it is already possible to access the event by clicking the event image. Actually, you can click anywhere on the event entry in the event list. Let me know if something is not clear, or if you were talking about something else.

Hi, if you are talking about events list, at this moment you can only show a link to the place where you can sell your tickets. The image can be automatically shown, if the featured image of the event is set. regarding the description, it is shown in the event page. Please let me know if you have more questions.
But is it possible to display a short description ? Actually, on my home page I’d like to display like 6 events with pictures and a short description and a button “knwo more”. Is it possible ? Thanks!

Hi and thank you for being interested in Slide theme. Regarding your question – the element that you see in the Thunder theme – footer area – is a sidebar widget. The one that you can see with more event details is a page builder element. What we can do, is to help you hide some details from the events page builder element. Just open a support ticket and we’ll help you with this.

The e-commerce functionality is provided by WooCommerce plugin, so everything that is available in WooCommerce is also available in Slide theme. 2. Music download functionality is not provided out of the box, but you can add a download button or link if you want to offer music for free.
