Hi, we are using polylang plugin for multilanguage website. But we can not change some parts like “in search bar text(ex: Search)”. I really liked your theme, simple and beautiful, I need know that it fit my requirements or not, I need know is there any functionality for token money, like a person is booking a tour or trip he can book a slot using 10% of the total booking money and pay complete payment on day of tour or trip. Hi I am developing website for my client who bought this theme. I can request access to his account if this is a problem. Anyway trying to use Tour grid from Content builder and I am unable to filter tours by subcategories. Let’s say I have two tour main categories (biking, hiking). Both have two subcategories (Guided, Self-Guided). In the field “Filter By Tour Category (Optional)” I can see only main categories – biking and hiking even my subcategories have some tours assigned. 1. In order to create all demo pages, you have to use theme drag&drop content builder instead of 3rd party plugin page builder.
2. You can add contact form using Contact Form 7 plugin.

My instagram feed is not working I have an invalid username / token message. But they are correct. I have no folder instagram on my cache it never worked actually.
When I go to Appeareance > Theme settings then Social Profiles an clicking on “Find you Access Token here”, I’m redirected to a new page with an alert message saying Smashballons.com : “Unauthorized redirect URL”

If you are using child theme when you update theme. It will only replace parent theme files and folders so your changes within child theme won’t be overwritten.
So it will say child theme in appearance installed themes right if I chose to install the child theme initally? It currently just says Grandtour. Is there anything I should do to not lose information/customization? Or do I just start from scratch? Thank you. I’m unfamiliar with this whole process.

Once you downloaded it. Install it through Appearance > Themes and everything you made change within child theme folder. It won’t be overwritten when you update parent theme in the future.
