Hi ! I noticed an issue with the Product Zoom in that occasionally when moving the focus to the product window it flickers rather than zooms (www.miamiadesigns.com). I have done some investigation :

It seems to be just in Chrome (v71.0.3578.98, windows 10) – I had the same issue using the Opera browser. It worked ok though in Internet Explorer

It occurs when moving quickly from the product thumbnail to the product gallery before it’s finished loading.

I disabled all plugins and caching and still had the problem

I tried another site using the theme (ivyekongfashion.com) and saw the same problem

I tried an online browser emulator and saw the same problem

I’ve no longer got support so would thought flag it in case it’s not just me!

Trying to find the source of particular CSS.

One of the new theme updates broke my page a bit by adding a ton of padding on top of my product pages. Now I have a huge white space. Looking through the page code, I see inline css:

.content-area{padding-top: calc(86px + 85px);

I can’t find this code anywhere to edit it. I’m mystified and stuck. I did a code search through the entire theme without any luck. Not sure how this is getting created.

The CSS appears under this style marker:

/*//* Header ///

Where can I edit this code?

How do you change the header transparency for product pages?

I see a way to easily do it for product category pages, but right now we have the light transparency bar and I am thinking our product pages might have no transparency on the header bar. But can’t figure out how to set that. I see a way on Pages, but not products.

Any feedback appreciated.

Theme load time is very slow. We are using shopkeeper theme for www.ekasya.com and the white blur screen loads real slow. Don’t how/if we can resolve it.

Hi, I’m having some issues with my checkout page. My product bar (with product name, price, subtotal, shipping costs and total) is stretching vertically. Not sure what’s going on! Hi, the shop categories navigation in the header is really nice feature. It misses one essential thing though. When user uses it to go deeper in categories tree, there is no way to go back. An option to go one level up would solve it. Any idea how to add it?

Whenever I try to update my Shopkeeper theme from envato market on wordpress, i get this error: ’’Update Failed: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Product Activation to activate your theme.’‘ Whenever I click on ‘Product Activation’, I get another error: ’’Your Product Key is no longer active on this domain. Your site will no longer receive automatic theme updates.That’s fine if you moved your site and activated it for a new domain.’‘ The only changes I have made have been to change the domain from http to https. When I click on ’’activate key’’ it just takes me back to the same page and does not do anything. When I click on ’’generate new key’’, it just takes me to shopkeeper support which has no information about this problem.

How can I update the http->https change for my license? There is no information about this on the envato site or shopkeeper support.

Today I purchased 6-month support for Shopkeeper theme from Envato because I am having trouble updating the Shopkeeper theme on Wordpress. And it says on my downloads page that my 6-month support is valid for another 6 months. However, whenever I go on the ‘Shopkeeper Help Centre’ page and try to submit a support request, it says my 6 month support has expired. Why is that?

I can’t get past the “PlugIn Installation” page. Red button constantly appears saying “Try again?” I need to perform a “Demo Import” but I can’t get past the Plugin Page. Help?

I recently installed Shopkeeper and changed the slider to include my own images a few days ago. Today, I can’t find the slider among my pages. Any idea as to what happened?

Also, why can’t I see the changes I make when I use Customize?

We are setting up a subscription platform using products that be purchased as 1-time purchases AND as subscriptions. The trick is they must both pull from the same inventory. To do this we are using “subscribe all things” plugin. The “add to cart” ajax action on the single product page of Shopkeeper does not seem to add the subscription options to the cart properly.

The default WC theme works properly so we know it must be something to do with the Shopkeeper ajax action. Please advise. We are in a bind here.
