In order to update or reinstall the revolution slider plugin, you first have to disable and delete it, and then install it again from the latest theme update you downloaded from envato.

I have updated my website with the last verson, but… Still not normal. After new wordpress update.
The creation pages style, is not like before. I just see the text and codes. But that blocks not anymore.

Please download the full package from your envato account, not just the installable zip file. Unzip newsmag-tf and you will find the plugin folder inside containing all the included plugins. The Newsmag theme doesn’t have this level of flexibility, the width is fixed and cannot be changed by a setting. Only the Newspaper theme has options for wider layouts and specific theme and composer settings to allow it.

Since the last update to both theme and wordpress, single images are displaying strangely. They are being cropped (showing full hieght but width is cropped) and also if they have a custom link, they are no longer clickable. Anyone else having this issue and any suggestions for a fix.

Can I ask quickly, as I think the issue is related to the .td_single_image_bg, why a height of 400px is applied to all single images even if the image height is less?

This height is set up by default. Notice that parameter can be changed if you want that your image to have less than height.

Problems – 9.2.2 Update
Good Day,
After 9.2.2 update, we have numerous issues have now presented themselves.
- Infinite load of products no longer works, instead only 10 products will load in a page.
- All Megamenus have stopped working, and all menus are now broken or inactive. (they dont work on the site at all, though when going to “customize” within Wordpress, they show as working).
-With lazy load active, no images will load on any pages
-Any product page no longer shows any images.
Basically, this most recent update has completely broken critical pieces of a previously wonderfully working theme and site.
Please keep in mind, we have cleared all cache plugins, and ensured any browsers have been reset.
If you have easy solutions to these issues, please feel free to let us know.
I will submit a ticket on TAGDiv, and hopefully you will have solutions for the multitude of problems introduced with 9.2.2 update.

First of all, please make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and then, install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, remove all of them and leave just to active only the tested plugins.

Hi. You fixed an image issue for me about a month ago. You mentioned it was an error in the theme. I just updated the theme to the new version and i am having the same problem. Here is my message from last month below (please also let me know if you need me to resend my user/pass for my site:
Hi, After the theme updated a few days back, all the images on the home page that are built with the element blocks (specifically 3 and 4) do not show. The alt tag appears but not the images.I updated the plugins (specifically wp bakery), I also disable my cache etc.. and still no luck.
I also tried rebuilding the blocks, and re-uploading the same images.

Hello! I’ve been using your theme for some time now, but I’m still noticing that many of my thumbnails (particularly in block 2) are quite blurry. I understand that the theme is resizing these to 324×160px but images are uploaded at 1000px wide; surely they should retain their sharpness? TIA

What are the dimensions for a background ad image? Can code be used in place of an image?

The background ad in our theme requires an image to be added to the theme panel and a URL. The image should be large enough to look good on larger screens. We recommend a full HD one of 1920×1080 px

since the last wp update (gutenberg 5.0) and tagdiv update (9.2), the image don’t show up anymore on the different module IN GOOGLE CHROME, and that is the same case all on my pages where’s i use modul.
When i begin or edit a page in TD composer, the images are ok, but in the final page not.
On edge or firefox it works just fine.
