in your documentation, I can choose navigation location but at the theme, I don’t see any of those at header section.

at the moment the theme contain only one navigation style, second style will included in one of the next updates, it will be possible to choose simple navigation with logo on left and items on right.

Hi, I have just bought and installed the theme Jack but I do not have the demo content. I have imported the demo files but the pages are empty. No home page as a demo. All the plugins are installed and deactivated. Could you tell me why this problem ? I really need the demo pages, specially the Home page. I do not have any images from the Jack theme as it is presented on Themeforest. Thanks.
In fact I do not see any images from the theme like the products or the sliders images.

after demo import you should have exactly the same structure as in our preview and even more. Well I guess something goes wrong due o import process. Could you send please link to your website to understand what is the issue there.

Hi , in the theme description is wrote that the Visual Composer license is included but when i installed the theme it installed WPBakery Page Builder but request activation.

Hi,
you get the theme with bundled plugins that’s true, and we try to keep them up to date with each theme update. So in next update all the files and plugins will be updated again, you do not need to worry about activation keys plugins ask you for. But if you want to update some plugin and update is not yet ready you can request it at any time by email.

Hi, if you were to browse to http://www.livedeep.sg/en/?cmp_bypass=e894d6fc98c71b8ff18a654dedb1c545 , under the “about” page, clicking between accordian pages, will cause a jump effect, and it doesn’t show the accordian section, instead it will show the page.
instead it will only show the “details below the accordian” session, if you wish we can have a teamviewer session for me to demo this issue.
I think it will require or teaviewer session or some screenshots or video record with issues because I really can’t understand what exactly goes wrong.

“Our latest new” this title can be changed from theme options page, but “Read More” button should be translated automatically when you switch your wordpress language. If not you can change it with one of the special plugins or if you need to translate just this string you can do that from code.

Hello, we purchased the Jack theme (which included the WPBakery page builder plugin) three months ago (October 2018). I have updated Wordpress today (9th Dec 2018) to version 5.0 but now the page builder plugin does not work. I have investigated the problem and it seems the plugin needs updating to the newest version (version 5.6). However, it seems the plugin has not been activated fully. When I enter my Themeforest login details into https://support.wpbakery.com/login to activate the plugin and update it to the current version I am told the login details are incorrect. Please can you tell me how do I activate and update the plugin I purchased as part of the Jack theme from Themeforest? As I purchased it as part of the theme I do not seem to have separate WPBakery login details or am I missing something?

Hi, Just bought Jack and I think Wordpress 5 has made your documentation worthless. I can’t change the background on the theme, all of the page is just a text block with short codes everywhere meaning editing the pages is almost impossible. So far I’m really stuck, are you updating the theme?

Hello… on the social media widget I’d like to include my LinkedIn profile along with an icon. I don’t see a place to add a new one, and I was also looking to where I could just replace one of the existing items not used and just swap out the icon (RSS, Bloglovin, etc)....

these icons are located in the theme plugin. Open plugins folder, then find jack shortcodes plugin, and in main file on top of this file you’ll find function you need.
