It seems that you have a javascript error on your page preventing the menu to appear.
There is no known issue about this. Be sure that the theme and all your plugins are up-to-date. This bug might come from a 3rd party plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. ( Please note that we don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. )

I’ve deactivated all my plugins, and updated WPBakery and now I have an issue where my text block “text” does not show in the Backend Editor at all. The text can be seen when I use the classic editor—but It does not display in the admin backend editor for WPBakery.

I couldn’t reproduce the bug on my end, but I think I found where it’s come from.
This is (most likely) a compatibility issue with a TinyMce feature from our Wolf Page Builder extension plugin.
The temporary solution is to disable this feature, edit the inc/class-admin and comment the row 84 https://screenpresso.com/=cHdxdIf you want us to do it for you, let us know in the forum.

I believe you are not looking at the correct issue. This is not about my menu, its about not being able to save anything in WPBarkey Visual Composer, I’ve updated everything and still does not work. I’ve verified that it is THIS theme as I tried two other themes and had no issue. I hope you can provide a solution now, otherwise, I will need a refund asap. Please advise.
At some point you mentioned commenting out inc/class-admin for it to work? Is that still the case and if so what file and location? The screenshot you provided before is not working.

Hi, i am having a strange issue , wpbakery page builder suddenly stops working and asks for glytch licence code , i enter the licence code , it works again and a day or two later it stops working again .. without any modifications in the files or the admin area … can you help with this ?

Is there anyway to disable the background image only on mobile devices? For example, on this page (http://anh.27e.myftpupload.com/test_072419/) I would like for only the solid color background (no image) to show on mobile devices. I am trying the CSS code below but it is not working. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Is there a way to disable the “Glytch” effect from the “Overlay With Logo Animation” loading image and just have the logo show?
Can the “Glitch” effect be completely removed, or more specifically, can I disable it on the “Interactive Links” element when using an image instead of text?

Yes, you can use this theme for a radio station. You can stream your audio feed with the player. Note that our other recent music themes support audio streaming don’t have AJAX navigation (navigation without page reload).

After one of the recent updates i found out that WP bakery elements do not show up as they used to, instead my ‘rows’ became a string of :

Hello Wolf Themes! Firstly, let me just say, that I enjoy working with your theme a lot. I think it is awesome. Thank you for your work.
I am writing this comment because I want to report two bugs that I would assume concern a large amount of users of this theme:
1) The structured microdata for events don’t handle the start date in the correct format for search engines. Schema.org specifies the ISO 8601 date format. This sadly results in Google interpreting my event on the 9th of February as if it was on the 2nd of September.
2) While the list of events handles the event-location microdata just fine, the single event page does not. The itemprop markup for the venue and the address is missing, which results in Google Search Console reporting errors on my single event pages indicating that a mandatory field for the schema.org/Event type is missing.
I think that both of these shouldn’t take much time to fix.
Lastly, I do have one more piece of feedback. It is partly a minor bug report but mostly a proposition of new functionality:
A) I have a list of events on my homepage, which I consider a key part of my website. I would welcome a way to customize what components show up for the events. I hope I haven’t missed anything, but now I can only display one button and one string labeled “Location”. I find it very unfortunate that I cannot choose what text is displayed. I want this format to show up: “Name of the event | Venue, City”. Right now I dont have any other choice but put this text into the “Location” string. This sadly results in bad practice, because the Location metadata type is populated with something, which is not (purely) a location.
I just wanted to bring your attention to these 3 matters, as I think many other users deal (or will be dealing) with the same thing.
An update would be much appreciated.

Hi, I think based on the comment from your support team you might have misunderstood what I was trying to communicate.
I have ensured that there is no third-party plugin, which is also supported by the fact, that bugs labeled 1) and 2) are present in your live demo. Both can be checked by the Google Structured Data / Rich Snippets Testing Tools https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?id=3dYpmLOf-jweKY7VZb4aeA In this report for a live demo page (https://demos.wolfthemes.com/glytch/event/vinoy-park-2019) you can verify that Google interprets this event which is on the 1th of July as if it were on the 7th of January (see ISO 8601) and that it considers the missing location data as an error.
I’ve already made a quick hotfix for 2). It’s just a minor addition in the ~/components/event/content-single.php file. (I’ve also added offers metadata, since price and ticket url can be specified while creating an event, but they are not transformed into any structured data markup.)
Lastly, I wasn’t trying to apply for a unique customization with the A) part. I’m fully aware that my support already ran out (and thus I cannot even create a ticket with useful user feedback). I merely wanted to bring your attention to possible bad practice resulting from the usage of the Location string in the event list. Basically just to suggest a useful feature from a user standpoint.
I hope this clarifies my original post a bit, although I thought it was already quite specific. Also, thank you for a swift response.

Hello. Is there a way to NOT have the mouseovers do the glytch effect. I know this theme is called glytch, but my customer may not want that effect. Before i buy the theme, i just want to make sure i can have some other mouseover or hover effects instead of that twitching, glitching effect.
