Presale Question -
For the shop with sidebar configuration, is it possible to set the product category tree like your “The Hanger” theme? I have a lot of sub categories so I think clicking on the main category to expand will look cleaner.
If possible, is this feature built into the theme or do I need to use a 3rd party plugin. If I need a plugin, can you recommend one that works well with your theme?

There’s no built in option for this but, indeed, is a cool feature and I will add it to our Feature request list. Hopefully it will be implemented in the near future. I couldn’t recommend a specific plugin for this because we haven’t tested any yet.

Hello. I just purchased the theme and started working on it but I have a few problems:
1. the logo is very pixelated, even if I set the size suggested 2. when I refresh the page, sometimes a white fade effect appears on the header’s photos, and at the bottom 3. the shopping cart doesn’t appear ( is this because I don’t have the SSL certificate added yet?) 4. I can not turn the menu black from white

The Shopping cart is probably not visible because you have the Catalog Mode enabled in Appearance > Customise > Shop > Catalog Mode.

If updating the theme and plugins is not helping, could you do me a favour and try deactivating all third party plugins one by one to see if that improves or solves the issue you are experiencing?

This bug is not simple cause is random.
Problem is I can’t deactivating all plugins cause my shop is currently live…
So, I don’t find any solution to fix it
This morning again, a customer alerted me that the message appeared when he tried to add a comment (in the checkout form) with his order.
We can only let you know we haven’t received similar reports, so I can only think this is a site-specific issue. Let us know if it happens again, we’ll try to catch it.
Alternatively, you should clone your site on a safe location, a staging / development site where you can safely test plugin, updates, debugging, etc, before moving to live. It’s a standard practice and there’s no other way to go around it.

I get the message from SEMRush that “100% of your pages have no AMP version”... I am worried about installing any AMP plugin… Is this something that the theme will provide in the future – AMP versions of the pages?

AMP uses limited set of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. This means you cannot add certain widgets and features to your mobile AMP website. That’s why this is something we need to test before adding as a theme feature. In the meantime you can try using the official plugin for this project: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/ We haven’t tested it yet so I couldn’t say if it’s working as expected.

The latest Stripe update doesn’t seem to be compatible with Shopkeeper and has broken my ability to use Stripe, none of the credit card fields can be entered in, I’ve followed the recommended requirements to fix this but it will not work.

Just set the 3 Products per Row in Appearance > Customise > WooCommerce > Product catalog. and set the Sidebar Style in Appearance > Customise > Shop > Shop Layout.

Hi there author! I am enjoying this item very much. I do have a problem with the product page that I picked (Product Page Layout #1). It only happens when you look at it on the small screen version, such as cellphones. The “add to cart” button, does not have the text inside centered, and it looks odd. Also, the signs “plus” and “minus”, to add or subtract item’s quantity, appear on top of a very wide button, on top of not being centered either. I believe that for the “plus” and “minus” signs there should be no button at all. It looks definitely odd. Please help us fix it. It only happen on the small or cellphone screens (max: 481px). Hi, for some reason once I have changed to this theme I got issue with lost-password page…. it have generated multiple subfolders and the page to lost-password from SEMRush audit perspective have 18 re-occurrences of lost-password/lost-password etc -> in all 3 languages.

Variations on woocommerce are not working, installed the last update but still not loading. now I have a online store without stock. my support is expired but you should provide it anyway since its a problem with your theme. or we must pay $60 each year, since any update from woocommerce this theme will fail?

I activated that option, but is not making any change, when I go to any Variable product, I click Variations and the pointer just spins forever… its not loading tha variation section. So I can’t make any change on my products. VERY FRUSTRATING! Im using PHP 7.0 on mediatemple Hosting. please help!

Hi,
I am trying to place a single product onto a page using this shortcode – [product_page id=”930”].
When i try and do it using the Shopkeeper theme, the short-code is just displayed as text on the page, however when i try and do it using a standard wordpress theme it works, meaning there is an issue with the theme.
I would greatly appreciate a way round this.
Developer said it would be in the next release a month ago but I am still waiting on this?
I did have a ticket open #49144 if this can please just be chased up and to provide me with a timeline that would be great, it is vital to our website so is causing real issues.

The “Previous” and “Next” buttons in the single view product lets any customer browse through all the products in WooCommerce, even if it is hidden from store search and view or not. Is this a BUG? ...cause this should not be possible!
I use hidden products designed for each customer, and they now have access to all other customers products as well, even thoug they have custom and randomized URL`s.
How do I disable the “Previous” and “Next” buttons in the products??

Hi guys, just wondering if you could shine a light on something, maybe a recent update? We have a plugin installed called YITH Waiting List Premium & when a variable product was out of stock a customer could select it from the list of variations & enter their email address & then be alerted when it comes back in stock.
Recently we have noticed that this no longer shows up for variable products (works ok on simple products) as the ‘out of stock’ products are now greyed out & un-selectable on the variable drop down list & so cannot be selected thus causing the YITH plugin not to work.
Are the disabled/greyed out variations something you have added in a recent theme update or is it controlled by Woo?

Try playing with Disable Out of Stock Variations option in Appearance > Customise > Product Page.

Awesome, thanks! I was still on the old update tool (which I preferred to the Envato API one) so I was on an older version but as it has been retired it didn’t show me an update was available. All fixed & sorted now.

Many demos don’t have a business name/logo at the top. Is this correct?

I’m not sure what are you trying to achieve, but if you are talking about the website title and favicon, these can be set in Appearance > Customise > Site Identity.
