I have 2 issues : 1/ When I try to update Grand Tour theme from Wordpress admin, it says that no archives are available to do the update. Could you please let me know how can I do?
(Just to let you know so you can understand better, I am the owner of the website but it is my developer who bought Grand Tour theme from his Envato account, I only have the licence number etc, I don’t have access to the download from his account but I can ask him if really needed.)
2/ I saw your plugin Booked that was include in the theme, I would love to use it for my website but the thing is that I can’t set anything from the settings pannel…
When I go to “Appointment” > “Settings > Appointment Settings panel, I see all the settings but I can’t click on “Time slots” panel, “Custom time slots”, “Custom fiels” and so on..
Nothing happen when I click on one of them I don’t understand why, maybe it is not well installed or maybe it is because Grand Tour is not updated to the last version, I don’t know.. Could you please help or advise me on those issues? I know that my support has just expired but I never contacted you before during the support period because I didn’t need it until now… Please do me a favour by lighting me on those issue. Please send me a private response so I can send you my purchase code.

Yeah very great theme which can’t even handle a simple and most basic concept of trek or tour, tour date (on which the user want to go on tour or trek) and booking multiple slots for any tour date ( eg one person is booking 6 slot for some date ) and take the payment at that time.
Hi, When I try to update some pages or I do any action that uses wp-admin/post.php I get the error “A variable mismatch has been detected.”. When I deactivate Grand Tour Custom Post Type plugin, Yoast SEO or WPML it is resolved. So before I’ve sent you an e-mail I’ve contacted Yoast SEO and WPML support that have said that was a problem in your plugin. I’m not the only one (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/variable-mismatch/), but this doesn’t work for me. Please answer my emails, I’ve already sent you more than one e-mail reporting the problem and no answers.

This is a conflict with two of the biggest wordpress plugins, I have read that is something with the new Wordpress. ” WP as of 5.0.1 now checks if $_GET[‘somevar’] != $_POST[‘somevar’] “

Hello ThemeGoods, I am very interested in buying this theme. I have tested your demo on my 3 devices, which are PC, android phone and iPad. However, I notice that your theme will “shake” on iPad’s Safari when you want to scroll down and up. I guess this causes because of the head-menu. When you scroll down, Safari wants to hind it’s toolbar and tabs. At the same time, this theme wants to keep it’s drop-down menu on top of the page. The transfer of the drop-down menu from transparent to white is also not smoothly.
Also, not only on iPad but also on Android phone, the banner photo will resize slightly. This causes shakiness as well. This shakiness makes browsing very uncomfortable. Before I buy this theme, I want to know do you have any idea to solve this?

1) Reviews are good, but need to edit accommodation and meals and replace wording for other (like guide quality, pricing or other). How to do it?
2) Reviews/Ratings don’t seem to be valid on microdata / rich snippets. 4) The scrolling sidebar with contact form is a must, to make sure customers are engaged with booking each tour, I love it. Can’t seem to happen on mobile, any idea to set this somehow for mobile also ?

Hi there! Pre-sale question. Let’s say a customer wants to book a tour for five people. I can set a Woocommerce product variation or different products based on number of people, but that will only remove one seat from the slot availability. Is there a way to reduce the number of seats available for a particular slot based on the product or product variation they choose? How can I allow customer to book for more than one people and keep slot availability updated at all times? Thanks in advance.
