if you updated the WHMCS to version 7.7, please back to version 7.6.1, we will update the template to be ready for 7.7 on 20th of february.

If you are still on version 7.6.1 and you have the latest version for the template then the problem not from the template, you can contact the WHMCS support team to solve that issue.

The template is available in two versions that came together in the downloaded file, HTML,CSS&JS and WHMCS. You can use each template separately, they are not depending on each other. The HTML version can be uploaded easily in seconds as the demo, while the WHMCS version can be installed if you have the WHMCS script.
