In my opinion this is a theme error and your responsibility. I am not talking about the customization I want to do. I just would expect that the theme is using the file when it is delivered with the Theme. If that’s the case I can do the customization myself.

I purchased your Le Truffe theme and looking to purchase this one. Question. I noticed font sizes are listed in css not html. I am not versed in css and do not know the best way to implement my font size to (12px) or 12 point please advise if this theme font sizing is in em.

There is a bug with cross-sells that have variations (this theme only).
To replicate, if you create a product that has 2 variations, then add those 2 variations individually as cross-sells to a product, those variations correctly appear on the cart page. If you select “add to cart”, it adds the parent product, not the variable product, to the cart. If you switch themes to TwentyNineteen, the add to cart button properly adds the variation to the cart.
The add to cart url (upon hover), looks correct, and does function if you manually go to the link in a new tab or window. However, if you click the add to cart button on the cart screen, it doesn’t add the variable product??
Troubleshoot this with WooCommerce via chat support, and they confirmed that this is a bug with the Organics theme, and not any other plugin (had all plugins disabled).

I love this theme! My support has expired . . . But I just updated with the new theme update, and my website was totally messed up afterward – for example: the shop/product pages were tiny – more than half the size, there was coding all over the place instead of images, text, or backgrounds, the search bar was moved, page sections were missing, categories in the footer were missing, etc. I had to reinstall an older version zip file I had of the theme (that I downloaded fall 2017) in order for the website to be back to normal again. Is this a problem with the theme update?

Error send message!” I’ve contacted my hosting provider however they say this issue is caused by theme not hosting. How can we resolve this?

Just a quick question… My support has expired, but I’ve noticed that even though I have 30 products in a category, only 12 will load… And there is no ‘more’ button.
Normally I would think it was just an issue with a plugin, but I haven’t installed many more, and I had this issue on the previous version of my website (which has been completely redone).
Where are the other 18 products? Is anyone else having this issue?

It is highly recommended to keep the theme up to date, as it includes important fixes and improvements. If for some reason, you can’t update it, alternatively you can use Embed google map which doesn’t require Google API key.

Please edit shortcodes_vc.php file from wp-content\themes\organics\fw\core\core.shortcodes\ folder, find line 135 as follows: vc_remove_element(“vc_gmaps”);
and replace it with this one:

Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. You can check additional plugins to see if some of them allow to achieve what you need.

Wait, I didn’t want to add a custom link to the filters or change their functionality… The default is fine, filter shows all posts from a specified category. I am trying to activate filter “XYZ” instead of “all” on page load. Something like http://www.vegan-cooking.ch/rezepte#xyz would activate filter XYZ and http://www.vegan-cooking.ch/rezepte#abc would activate filter ABC when you link to the page
