I’m really ped off with this theme. Every time you release a major update, I have to rework the site from scratch because it doesn’t import to the new update properly. The page builder also doesn’t work with the new standard editor. I’m going to just move away from this theme and *STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE PURCHASES THIS THEME**

If it’s still possible we’re ready to provide any help in resolving this matter because it’s definitely shouldn’t happen, there is no need to recreate the site from scratch, most likely site the layout can be easily adjusted by our engineers. Probably one of your 3rd party plugins causes updating issues, sometimes security plugins prevent database updating. That’s why we recommend deactivating such plugins before updating and create backups to be in safe.

A recent update seems to have caused some margin inconsistency. Bottom margins for Text blocks (and probably other blocks too) are now gone on desktop, but on mobile they are still there. Please advise?

PS I like that desktop no longer has the margins and I can choose to add the spacing using separators, but mobile should not still have the margins..

I can’t share my website because it has no live domain, but many examples of the missing bottom margins can be found on any of the contact pages on the ThemeTest test drive, but unlike my issue the test drive does not have the margins when in mobile. Either way clearly something is wrong with the current version.

Hey, in the theme side menu… the Header plugin.. the Transparency option, selectable in the right menu once editing a header, is not working. I am also not able to natively add CSS to the header container itself. It’s instead using the theme’s main CSS of body having a white background. I can’t tell why it’s not applying the transparent CSS rule to the header. And yes I made sure I’m not seeing cached pages.
Actually… the whole header plugin is broken, even when saving / overriding to a template, it’s not rendering on the site. No caching, also other changes via WP bakery editing on pages shows. Something is wrong with this header plugin.
How about this, how do I completely disable your theme’s header?

Hello, we’ve installed the WP Tasty Plugin (https://www.wptasty.com/) and do have problems with the print button. The support from WP Tasty told us that this could be related to the visual composer and we should contact the visual composer support. Since we have “bought” visual composer with impreza theme here I just wanted to ask, if you can help me with this problem? Do you know what triggers the problem and how we can fix it? If you click the print button it does not appear a simple print view page. The page loads again with header, footer, etc. – you can not just hide the header, etc. So you can not easily print the recipe with just black text on white background (and maybe one small picture). Can you help us?

Since Update 5.6.1 Footers are no longer visible under Impreza>Footers. Impreza > Headers still functions fine. Where are the footers located as they are still working on the website. I just need to edit info within them.

Hi, do you have a php code snippet I could add to my child theme so that posts will use the first image link in an Article as post thumbnail/featured image if thumbnail/featured image is not already selected? There’s php code snippets already but I don’t know if your theme has a global variable for that which I could use.
is it us_og_image in the db post meta that’s used for featured image in the theme? Shooting in the dark here because not seeing this info in the docs.

At the moment WordPress has no such feature out of the box. us_og_image used for Open Graph, it’s not a featured image. Try using 3rd party solutions, usually, there are plugins almost for everything. If you won’t find a plugin, you can hire a separate developer to implement this feature for you.

Is there an easy way to do this using the styling from the theme on the search result snippet from Google? Not sure if your company has included Custom Search into this theme before or other themes you’d made? Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no such feature available. You can create a new ticket as Feature Request, and if it will receive many voices from other clients, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates.
I’ve updated to Impreza 5.6.1 and the text logo has disappeared and the options aren’t showing anymore! Only the image logo options are showing. When I select text, the options aren’t shown: https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/options/header/#text
Okay, I found a hacky workaround for now. First, I could make the text logo reappear by changing and importing the theme options code. The value for logo type was “switch_text” and I changed it to “text”. Also, I can’t change the font size via the Header options or via the options JSON. The font size from the JSON is being ignored and it uses some other (I think body p). So I had to override it with custom CSS for now.
Now, under Theme Options > Header the Logo options are still totally broken.

FYI: Header Builder is not installed. This is a lightweight site with very few plugins. I recently built it (Nov 2018) with the then-newest versions of all components. So there is very little legacy here.

I did, but I still do not see rounded corners. Probably because I did not set up the first part of it (https://prnt.sc/lwysv4).

Yes, you should assign image-rounded CSS class to the Image element and add CSS code to Theme Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS. At the moment it’s the only way to make images rounded. The same approach will also work in Zephyr.

I just wanted to try your Test Admin, so I received mail and logged into Admin. But when I wanted to make any changes, it does not work. For example: Impreza – Colors – Colors scheme – choosed – click on green Save… circle started to circle, but nothing happened and no save changes. The same situation was when I tried to change Site Layout – Boxed… Browser does not matter.
