Hi, is it possible to add a booking feature to this?
So lets say a user adds their office space to rent, they can add the listing themselves and pay for the space to be listed.
Now a user wants to rent the space, is it possible to do this through the system where the user can select the office space, choose the dates then pay through the website so the lsitee and the admin of the website can get paid? Instead of the user paying the listee directly?
So the admin can charge a % for each property rented through the website?

In listings Gutenberg is not used at all. It just doesn’t fit with our listing type system as everything is already created using blocks, so we don’t plan to utilize it there.

In the new update, the “Add New Quick Action” list content on the right isn’t showing up as seen in screenshots. Just a blank well. Any reason why, and how can I fix it please?

The function under “edit category” regarding “Set a custom landing page for this term.” does not seem to work. I have this category (https://kursusoversigt.dk/kategori/madlavningskursus/) which should have this custom landing page https://kursusoversigt.dk/madlavningskursus/.
I worked for a few days. Then it didn’t work – then it worked again. And not it doesn’t work.
Try resaving permalinks in settings > permalinks. If that doesn’t work share your website URL/admin login details in helpdesk.27collective.net so we can check the issue

Please try clearing browser cache, and disable unrelated plugins temporarily. Also make sure theme plugins are all updated

Depends what you are trying to change, it’s not fully customizable. You can change where the button links, the text and the icon. You can’t change the button style (unless you use some CSS)

OK it works but it changes the content of the current tab instead of changing tab and to be able to see the original content you need to change to another tab and them click on the original tab again..
Is there a way to display the products relevant to a listing by making a shortcode? I can make the shortcode but I couldn’t find the .php code that displays the the products in the relevant products in the Products Tab.

If you are displaying many products, you need to display them in the store tab. If it’s a single product, you can use the shortcode block[product_page id="[[my-product-custom-field]]"]
This requires you to create a product select custom field in the fields tab

No, user buys a subscription package once. The payment is renewed each month/year depending how you setup it. The listing will be published as long as the subscription is active

Checking your demo, it takes some good 6-7 seconds to load. Take into account a directory with over 10,000 listings. I’m very concerned about performance and scalability. Can you share with me 1-2 websites who run big directory and loading fast? (We have a Digital ocean VPS by the way)

The site is loading in 2s here(no caching or optimization done) maybe because of your location is taking too long. With a good VPS you won’t have any issues having 10k listings.

Without any caching, CDN or image optimization. That would improve it further to ~1.5s

Hi, a few questions… 1) Is the theme GDPR compliant? 2) Would be great if the listing owner could see on their dashboard that they have received a review, specially if it is not very good so that they can respond in a timely manner, or see that someone has tried to call them, etc. 3) Will you integrate fast form submission for listings by pulling data from Google maps? 4) Can the listing owner respond to messages directly from dashboard (not through BuddyPress)? Can we set different custom fields for each category?
Also, we have only 1 category, with a very long list of subcategories. How can that work with your theme?
For example when searching for a listing. The user will hit the only category there is, and then how can he search from around 200 subcategories? (For example: The base and only category is Vegetables, and all possible vegetables as subcategories).
Is there a way to allow the user type the category (auto complete) rather than scrolling through hundreds of categories?

1. For each listing type you can have unique custom fields. Not for each category as categories are a simple filter in this theme
2. The user can type the category to search faster. The search box will appear if there are more then 20-30 categories in the dropdown

1) Does each listing type has it’s own categories? Or do all listing types share the same categories?
2) Can listing types be custom made by me? And are they taxonomy?
3) How would you go with configuring a site with 1 listing type and over 200 categories? (Taxonomy/Category wise).

1. Yes, if you choose so. They can be specific to one listing type, to some listing types, or available for all.
2. You can create unlimited listing types. Each listing type has a few pre-made taxonomies such as categories, tags, regions, but you are also able to create more custom taxonomies
3. It depends what type of content you have. If your listings all have the same content/fields then you can use a single listing type. If you have many different types which have different fields and have to be searched differently then you can create multiple listing types. E.G in our demo you can see places, events, jobs, cars, rent etc..
4. I don’t recommend creating 100 listing types, maybe 5-10 max. You can create 100 but it’s really unnecesary. Think of them like custom post types, you don’t want 100 custom post types in your site, or maybe you want that’s up to you

Also, why don’t you have an import add on like your other directory competitors? You promised one a year ago.

- WP all import regular version does not support custom fields, if you are not importing any custom fields then you can use the free version
- WP all import team have informed us that they are working on an addon but we don’t know when that will be finished.
We have released over hundred of updates since launch and added countless features requested by our customers. ML is one of the top selling directory themes out there. If you don’t like our theme, please get a refund and we wish you good luck. We can’t please everyone
I will remove or change my rating once you follow through on your promise from over a year ago of including the import add on.
Your competitors have done this. Why haven’t you?
The plugin author makes the addons not the theme author. I don’t know how to make this more clear. They have said they are working on an addon for our theme, and we are waiting for them to finish. It does not depend on us. You are free to use other plugins out there, this isn’t the only one which you can use
Rating the theme 1 stars especially for such a reason, implies it has no value whatsoever. Thankfully that is a single opinion out of hundreds of positive ones, who value the 2 years of work which went into this product and understand its value
