Regarding your second issue, have you assigned the “Shop” page as the shop page in WooCommerce settings. Ref : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-6 ? Please clarify. Without an assigned Shop page the products would not load.

thanks for your prompt reply.however, just click on the few products on my web site “ON MOBILE ” and see where it links.( 404 error nothing was found at this location) this happens only on mobile device regardless of the fact that the landing page is linked to the product page as evident when you view on desktop. https:express.octokon.com please view to see and kindly recommend a fix. thank you

Thank you for getting back. I tested your website on a mobile and I was able to access all URLs without any issues. The only URL that is not working is the one in the ad block : https://express.octokon.com/product/voground-new-leather-sleeve-protector-bag-case-for-apple-macbook-air-pro-retina-11-12-13-15-laptop-cover-for-mac-book-13-3-inch/

This URL returns 404 even in desktop. Please check the correct URL and add it to the ad block URL.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To create a custom store directory, you’ll have to use custom coding. The one store directory page that is provided with the theme generates all categories as a tree.

I have disabled this option. I forgot to mention that that functionality also stopped working recently.

Thank you for reaching us. We continuously update our theme with features. User dashboard, cart to shop and gateways are direct WooCommerce features and cannot be provided via theme. Home pages, single product pages however we are designing new pages and will release them when they are ready.

( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer back-end editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.

However you can also build the home pages using visual composer. For example, you can build home v1 by following the instructions given here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-visual-composer/ You need to paste the code given in the documentation into your child editor to generate the page using Visual Composer.
