Please I am unable to import home1 and home3. I have installed the one click import demo plugin and I am able to see all the thumbnails with the import thumbnails. When I click the import button, I am notified that the import is complete but I cannot find it anywhere.

For the demo page, you can go to the admin => setting => reading => Your homepage displays : A static page => then add the home page which you want for your site after importing.
For the images and revolution sample data file , we included them in the data folder. => So, if you want medias, you need to go to the admin => tool => import => WordPress => upload media.xml file => check for the download attach => then click on the import button to import our media demo. => For the revolution slider, please go to the admin => revolution slider => import => then you can import the simple demo data for revolution here.

We checked in our theme but we does not get the bug like in your site.
Perhaps this could be due to the plugin conflict, you can test this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

1. Currently there is unwanted issue in our support system then we have been fixing it.
2. About the issue you mentioned above, as we replied you, it’s not issue about the theme. It’s due to the conflict with one of the plugins you use in your site.
Therefore, you should check it one by one then deactive the plugin.

I have followed all instruction give both in documentation and here in the comments we shared so far I am only using recommended plugins that comes with the theme. Yet I am still facing this problem why wont you help me once and for all and we can stop this back and forth comment we sharing here
