Hi,
I understand my support has lapsed. I have bought two licenses and had no issues so far. I have tried several Private content plugins and none seem to work with the theme so far.
The plugin installs fine but the login page is erratic and the login function does not work. I have a similar result when I make a page private. The login appear on the top of the page but does not work. Hope you can help!

Ok I have installed the demo content to get the basic site lay out set up, but there’s no way to edit the content, the speakers, dates etc. Boy this is terrible, very unintuitive… How can I add speakers? or edit the Schedule??

Dear Support, we’ve updated the Eventim theme to resolve the theme bugs according not working of the composer. Unfortunately the update to 1.2.6. didn’t help us out anything. This is quite frustrating..

just set Content Below Menu to true on Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer panel

First…love the theme!!! have read the manual….but cannot understand How do i embedd a video on the home page…not as a background…that start automatically? Or even better…insetad of have a backgriund video on home top hero image, to have a video embedded but keep the text etc.? /cheers

In order to embed video, please use the text element – when you use the text element, you have all the default WordPress embed shortcodes and features available, including video and embed – depending on whether you want to display local or embedded video. In addition when you add Text element you will see Add Media button at the top of wysiwyg editor.

The fonts used for the demo are default theme fonts – Roboto for Headings Raleway for Menu and body text

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done – it is either to make their height even with the same amount of text (which is probably unlikely in your case) or to add custom css to make the boxes even with min-height attribute. You should add custom classes to boxes and then define min-height for each of the boxes for different resolutions.

Please update the theme to the latest version – current version is 1.2.4. After you update the theme, you will be prompted to update Rapid Composer as well. Once you do, please clear the browser cache and see if the issue persists.

1. Yes, Bold Builder slider element is included in the theme. As far as the premium slider plugins are concerned (Layer Slider or Slider Revolution) they are not included in the theme, but the theme is compatible with them.
2. Yes, you can. Please have in mind that background videos fall back to images on mobile devices due to technological constraints of the mobile browsers. Embed full width videos (ones which are not in the background of other content elements) are supported on mobile devices as well.

Hi, how can i Make Nav Menu Fixed on Mobile?

After updating to wordpress 5.0 it does not work faster composer, I only see the shortcodes if I disable it. Is it not possible to use it anymore?
Please update theme to the latest version, updated Rapid Composer is included. Do not forget to clear browser cache after updated RC is installed.

Rapid Composer stopped working adter WP 5.0 update. I am still using version 1.2.5. which was included in the last eventim package… How can I get the latest version? I think this will fix the problem. thanks

Which version of the theme are you using? The version of the theme released on 8th of November should enable you to use the theme normally with WP 5.0

I just reinstalled everything, unfortunately rapid composer still not working. When editing page it shows rapid composer with + (doesnt shows the elements anymore) “switch editor” doesn’t work either so basicly I cant edit my pages
It was yoast SEO which needed to be updated. it works again!

I assume that the main menu items can be removed or new ones added – correct? Also, can the main menu items text be renamed to say something else – like instead of events it says “sessions”?

If you just need a registration form – you can build this form using included Contact Form 7 plugin and just link to it from the buttons. Please keep in mind that Contact Form 7 does not have any submission management features – with it you can receive an email with submission and with the extension, keep submissions in wp-admin as a list.
On the other hand, if you need fully featured event registration system, you can try with referenced plugin – we haven’t tested it with our theme, but if it does not work, we can offer you money back guarantee no questions asked.

Hi! I am interested in this template. I have a few questions though. 1. Do you have a demo site? I want to check first if it is easy for me to use this as I am a beginner. 2. 1) No, we do not have demo site, but please feel free to browse our online documentation – http://documentation.bold-themes.com/eventim to get the idea what is under the hood.
2) Yes, you can do all of that
3) The countdown is a static page element – it is not integrated with integration system out of the box. If you want to integrate it with registration system, you need to use third party plugin or functionality provided by your registration system.
4) Video can have sound, but please keep in mind that browsers do not allow you to set video to autoplay if it does have sound. So it is either autoplay or sound due to constraints on the level of browsers.

Hello, Thank you for your prompt reply. It’s me again. I have a few more questions. 1. It says “no custom post types, not be suitable for those with hundreds of single events”, is this referring to the event list? The schedule of the event have a few streams with few speakers in a day. Will this feature affect me? 2. I noticed that when you click on venue and hotel the layout is similar to the detailed schedule, this can be changed using the Rapid page builder right? 3. Yes, this is referring to event list – event list is built using static page elements, and as noted there is no event custom post type – it should not affect you as long as you are prepared to create a static page with event list and static page for each individual event. Yes, this can be changed in whatever way you want (as said above they are static pages, so you are free to create and modify individual event layouts freely)
We recommend using at least 1800 px in width for header images – preferably 2000 px and more.
