We’ve fixed this issue. Please download 5.0.6 from theme-forest. Then delete the previously installed turbo-helper and rnb plugin. Then install again from the recommend plugin suggestion in admin panel.
Hello. I’ve purchased the theme 3 days ago and I’ve received an ajax error during the dummy data importer stage. The only option given in the documentation is to contact support which I’ve done straightaway (TICKET #1884870). I’m still waiting for a response on how to fix the issue! I’m not sure if your support ticket system is working as I’ve sent a number of followup posts and have received no response yet, so posting here with the hope that someone will respond! I would also suggest that you include the resolution steps for this kind of error in your documentation, as it seems to be a frequent issue that users are facing and it causes delays! Thanks

It’s now been a week since I purchased the theme and due to the ajax issues during the data import, the bike theme has still not been fixed nor I have been provided with a solution and hence I can’t start working on my project! I suggest that you inform people that the bike theme installation has issues so that they know that they cannot start working on a purchased theme straight away until you assist them or provide a fix! I also suggest, as per my previous note, rather than asking people to ‘in case of ajax issues contact support’ to provide workaround instructions on how to install the theme, as communicating with support takes extremely long times. Still waiting for a fix and a response in the support ticket…

yes, this is a chooseable filed for the Site Admin. If site admin set “Accident Insurance” or any type of “Insurance” as a mandatory field then it will be always selectable during booking.
Otherwise it will be not applicable during booking.

Yes. He has to create two car then customer has to book each car individually.

I have purchased the Turbo theme yesterday but when i am trying to install the demo content the plugin option is missing and also there is no dummy.json file or any xml file to import the dummy data.
Kindly share the file ASAP.
Moreover I have installed all the plugins as per your demo video and documentation but the option for demo importer is not coming in Appearance menu.
