Hi @jialongz2,
This is a Javascript issue and can be fixed by deactivating the Ajax Add to Cart option ion Customise > Product Page.
Please check your support ticket too.

All a sudden our website BROKE. tons of customization done (menu basically) nothing CSS wise. IF we just upload the theme on-top will this fix my issues without much issues with my menu?
Hi @Lovethexoxo,
Yes, updating the theme won’t reset your site or settings done through Customiser and will not change the Menu structure.
Cheers, Adrian B
I have active support, but the ShopKeeper support page says it is not active so I have to ask for support here. My YouTube videos have stopped playing on the frontend of the website. However, they can be seen and played through the admin dashboard. I have some YouTube videos in my WooCommerce product pages that will not play when looking at the page. When you click on the video in the product gallery and it opens in the lightbox it will play. I also have some pages that have a YouTube video. They will not play at all. Everything was working wonderfully without any changes except a recent theme update. Please advise.
Hi @gumbeaux,
My colleague David will help you with this on the support ticket.

Hi there
On my clients web-shop runs wpshopGermany – and he don’t want to go with wooCommerce. So, is your shopkeeper-theme compatible with wpshopGermany?
thx #em-j
Hello #em-j,
Shopkeeper is WooCommerce based, so it will only work with Shopkeeper. However, is being in Germany is the issues, you should know that you’re able to find and use “Germanization” plugin for WooCommerce, such as: https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-germanized/This is an example, there are others out there.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Few Questions:
1. Is there way with css make header sticky without resizing. So on scroll header stay stuck and the same size?
2. Is there way with css make all Headings font size smaller than 16px. We tried modify to smaller size but it stays on 16px?
3. Is there way with css hide the ( v ) in top navigation. Example: So now it stand as HOME v THE SHOP v … We are looking fo option without ( v ) HOME THE SHOP …
Thanks, Jim
Hi @peacegfx,
Yes, you can achieve all of these using a bit of custom css code. Please contact our support team via Theme’s Help Center. https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help

Hi, When I use Adblock plus (ABP), the demo: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/shopkeeper-ecommerce-wp-theme-for-woocommerce/full_screen_preview/9553045
It is freezing when I scroll down/up. Lots of customers use it and I don’t want to ask them to remove it.
Can you check/validate this issue and how to solve it? Thank you, Adrien
Hello Adrien,
Sure, I’ve forwarded your note to our developers, we’re looking into this right away. Thanks for pointing it out.
Cheers,
Adrian.
I have used shopkeeper for my website and have found it great in some ways, and limiting in others. I have been creating a new website https://fengsportsnew.live-website.com/
I have the following requests:
1. Mega Menu – please see adidas.com and make the mega menu more like that – see how the menu spreads the entire width of the page, making it look very neat. Also, when hovering over a menu item, and the mega menu opens, it overlaps a little over main navigation. Please change it so it goes directly below that line.
Also, there must be more columns in the mega menu – currently we are only allowed 4. There should be 6.
Pictures should be possible for each column
2. Title headers – The headers and the menus on all pages fill out at least 1/3 of the page, so most of the products are not visible except almost below the fold. Please create an option to reduce the height of the page title header, so the main content of the page is a little higher up closer to the main navigation menu. Also, give option to reduce the heights of the main and top menus. Again, see adidas.com for layout.
Hello there,
Thank you for using Shopkeeper and most of all for taking the time to come and provide your feedback.
We’re working on a major update in the first quarter of this year and your feedback is valuable. We’ll make sure to take it into consideration.
Cheers, Adrian.
Hi! I have two questions, hope you can help me.
1) Is it possible to set a different main navigation for mobile devices? I would like to include some items in there which are not relevant for desktop users.
2) The images I use on product categories are on the desktop about 2000×750px. When the images are loaded on a mobile device or tablet only the middle of the images are visible. Is it possible to set different images for different screen sizes? Or just show the category image on larger screens?
Thanks for your help!
Hello @iFrederik,
1) There’s no actual built-in option that would allow you to set a different menu for mobiles, but you can make use of the Off-Canvas drawers. It can be enabled or disabled on desktop, however, if you add a navigation menu or a widget to it, it should show up as part of the mobile menu even if it’s disabled for desktop use. You should try that. It may serve your purpose just fine.
2) No, WordPress serves the most appropriate size for each scenario, I don’t think there’s a way to go around that.
If there’s anything else you need help with, as you move forward with your work, feel free to reach out to our support team via the theme’s Help Center: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/

Dear, with the updated version my home slider seems to don’t go in autoplay. I have set 2 seconds between slides but is still stopped. Could you help me? Many thanks!
It’s very strange, I m using wp 5.03 and tried with a clean version of the theme but i can’t get the slider autoplay. tested with different browsers
Hello @ric81,
The issues has been fixed and a new update will be made available soon. You should receive an email from Envato as soon as it’s released.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Many thanks!
hello guys, need some help! How can I remove the top section header with the image from the category pages? See here: http://luri.shop/product-category/women
Also, in the Shop page, how can I remove the product number results (from the right side) ? “Showing 1–16 of 21 results”
Hello Alex,
Adrian here. Thank you for using Shopkeeper.
To remove the top / header section of the category you need to edit that category and simply remove the image and the description associated with it.
There’s no built-in option for removing the “Showing 1-16 of 21 results” but I’ll provide you with a bit of custom CSS that will help you with that. Paste the following in Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS:
p.woocommerce-result-count { display: none; }
Hope this helps. Best of luck with your project! If there’s anything else you need help with as you move further with your work, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via the theme’s Help Center: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help

Hi, I am considering purchasing this theme and I’ve got a few questions: 1. Is it easy to add social icons to the header area? 2. Does it integrate with Mailchimp? 3. Does it offer countdowns to use before product launch? 4. What is your average response time for after sales support? 5. Do you offer guidance for minor CSS modifications? 6. Is it possible to change the logo’s size and position easily from the composer without coding? 7. How does it manage forms? Contact 7? 8. Does it support pre-ordering items that are out of stock? 9. Is the composer drag & drop?
Many thanks in advance!
Hello @galadriel13,
Adrian here, happy to be talking to you about Shopkeeper.
1. Yes, it is easy to add social media icons to the header, you just have to fill in / paste links to your profiles in Appearance > Customize.
2. Mailchimp doesn’t come as a built-in option. Since there are so many plugin out there to help you with that, there’s no point in limiting users to a single option.
3. About the coutdowns, that’s something you can find as plugins as well.
4. Out media first time reply is under 24 hours during business days. We’re doing our best to help everyone as fast as we can.
5. Sure. Custom coding actually falls outside the support policy but I am positive our support agents will help you whenever you’re asking for something that can be done with a line or two of custom CSS.
6. Sure, you can change the size of the logo easily via Appearance > Customize, as soon as you upload it, so no worries.
7. Yes, WooCommerce allows you to set out of stock products availability for backorders, for each product individually.
8. Yes, the page builder is drag-and-drop style.
Feel free to get back if you have any other questions or concerns and I’ll be happy to help.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Hi! Please, I need to update Shopkeeper theme, but Visual Composer plugin is not included in the .zip from the download page. Please, could you include your last version?
Cheers Paola
Hello Paola,
The latest version of the theme always includes the latest version of the page builder plugin. Here’s how to update: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/206679269-WPBakery-Page-Builder-How-to-update-
Cheers, Adrian.
Hi,
Is it possible to add content (mostly text) under the products on the shop page (i currently use infinity scroll)?
This is mostly for SEO purposes, but I can’t seem to find a way to do this in the theme.
BR Martin
Hello Martin,
We’ve built a plugin that can help you with that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/hookmeup/ “HookMeUp – Additional Content for WooCommerce” is free and it helps you add such content in various location on WooCommerce templates, including the Shop page.
Cheers!
Nothing to complain… Just a thought… You know what would be amazing? To integrate Shopkeeper with Elementor page builder instead of the actual WP Bakery.
Elementor is free up to a point, with amazing capabilities in ecommerce area on the pro plan…
Hello @bishopstill and thank you for using Shopkeeper!
You’re not the first one asking, so we will definitely look into this but I don’t have an estimated time of arrival. I must say the priority is the block editor first and page builders secondly.
Best of luck with your projects, Adrian.
Hi.
I purchased the Shopkeeper theme 2 years ago and am very pleased with it.
Today, I installed a MP4 – HTML5 video into the Slider Revolution ver5.3.0.2. The auto-play works on browsers like internet explorer and Firefox. But does NOT auto-play in Chrome. I’ve seen several explanations about this from, it’s a Chrome issue to all kinds of crazy things. I’ve done all the basics; deactivate plugins, clear cache, set up the slide a few different ways. PLEASE HELP.
My site is
ADMAccessories.com
Hi @mpogo819,
Please check your inbox.
Cheers, Adrian B
Is there a way to re-install the slider revolution without losing the currently built slides/customizations?
Deleting and reinstalling Slider Revolution shouldn’t delete the slides. However, for an extra safety step you should be able to export your slides as local files on your computer. Those would serve as a backup. In case they go away, you’ll be able to import them from the backup files.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Hello!
We use shopkeeper for more than one year and are very lucky with this theme. Now we want to edit the category pages: We want to display the description texts of the categorys in full width. Do you have a code snippet or something else which would help us?
cheers, Lukas
Hi Lukas,
Regretfully there’s no quick snippet I can usually share. It would require changing the grid for that template and that means using a child theme to overwrite it. I’ve forwarded your note to our developers and hopefully they can implement an option for that in a future update.
You should also check our free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/hookmeup/ It allows you to add custom content in various location without having to customize the code. Check it, it might be a solution for this or other similar needs.
Cheers, Adrian.
We have made the following changes to the custom_vc.php file to allow us to include wordpress widgets that have been removed via the child functions.php file. Hope this helps
Parent – custom_vc.php
<?php $elements = apply_filters(‘kirki_vc_remove_elements’, [ “vc_wp_search”, “vc_wp_meta”, “vc_wp_recentcomments”, “vc_wp_calendar”, “vc_wp_pages”, “vc_wp_tagcloud”, “vc_wp_custommenu”, “vc_wp_text”, “vc_wp_posts”, “vc_wp_links”, “vc_wp_categories”, “vc_wp_archives”, “vc_wp_rss”, “product”, “add_to_cart”, “add_to_cart_url”, “product_page” ]); // remove elements foreach ($elements as $element) { vc_remove_element($element); }
Child – functions.php
add_filter(‘kirki_vc_remove_elements’, ‘add_vc_elements_back’, 10, 1); function add_vc_elements_back($elements) { $includes = [“vc_wp_custommenu”, “add_to_cart”]; }
// Unset element from array of elements to remove
foreach ($includes as $element) {
$key = array_search($element, $elements);
unset($elements[$key]);
}
// Return elements
return $elements;
Hi,
We are having the same problem as @luchiolb with error messages not staying when displayed in Ajax mode. Please let us know when this issue will be addressed. Also, can you point me to the release notes of each release? I can’t seem to find where what has been changed or updated in each release.
Hi @AImpey,
This issue was fixed in the latest theme update. Please update the theme and give it a try again.
Cheers, Adrian B
I have installed the latest theme 2.6.16, and the error messages are still not sticking. This is with the CardConnect payment gateway. I see the error message start to slide in then disappear. It seems to work when there is missing data from the form (e.g., no card number), but not when an error is reported from the payment gateway. I am keeping error reporting set to Classic until this problem is resolved.
Hi again,
Have you tried using the Always visible animation option or only the Slide Out one?
Cheers, Adrian B
I was using the Always Visible option.
Hello!
1. Is it possible to add this theme to an already made website, where in the menu we have a “Shop” link that it takes the users to this theme. And in your theme, we have a link for “Home” where users can access the other theme (?). This is crucial for our project, hope you can help us.
2. Is it also possible to add like reactions to the products? (love, surprise, dislike, etc.)? And how? Would you help us?
Hi @MiltonFX,
Unfortunately there’s no option to have two Wordpress Themes on the same domain. You can try installing Shopkeeper on your root folder, create a new folder for the Home, use it as a subdomain and install there your other theme. Set that subdomain as your Homepage menu item.
I’m not sure this is the best option but it worth trying.
2. I’m sure there are some plugins out there that can do this trick, but I couldn’t recommend a specific one because we haven’t tested any yet.
Cheers, Adrian B
Thanks! Another question : can we make a page to see all the Projects? This is a project: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/portfolio-item/forest-near-the-lake/ Is it possible to have a page with all the projects listed (with pagination for example). Or are the projects only accessible within the menu bar?
And 4. Can we add Google Maps to different posts, with different locations?
Hi again,
Yes, you can create a page and add a Portfolio element with three masonry styles where all the Portfolio items will be visible: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.design/the-portfolio/
Yes, you can add a Google Maps element with different locations.
Cheers, Adrian B
Thanks again.
5) Can you make the product show (publicly) the number of times it has been Wishlisted by everyone? Sort of a like system that everyone can see. For example:
a. Make all individual Wishlists be shown publicly (so everyone can see that the product has been Wishlisted 300 times). It’s like the Total Wishlist count.
or b. A separated Like system from the Wishlists: can you include a like system? I like the Like system in the Oshine theme, but I don’t like that Shopkeeper does not have it (as I see in the demo), you can see it here https://oshinewptheme.com/v1/portfolio-with-gutter-5-column/
6) The share buttons that appear on the left. Can we add Whatsapp, G+ and LinkedIn?
7) Does it include icons? Like the icons that the Oshine theme includes.
And 8 ) Can we add a video embed on the Homepage? (vimeo, youtube).
Hello again MiltonFX,
5 ) We do not plan to add additional wishlist features. The existing feature is powered by a free plugin. You should be able to find various Wishlist plugins for WooCommerce that might cover your needs. Wishlists are plugin territory so that’s what you should be looking into.
6 ) Same goes for the sharing options. The theme comes with basic options for that, but there are plenty of plugin available that would allow you to choose between various social networks and button options.
7 ) No, it has a built-in icon font that serves the existing icons on the them’s interface. Not sure exactly what are you after. Out theme The Hanger comes with a built-in set of icons that can be assigned to product categories.
8 ) Yes, sure, you should be able to add a video anywhere.
It looks like you’re after a few features that are usually part of plugins. Consider the theme something that keeps the overall styles, an outfit and plugins for extended functionality. So, you should be able to choose the theme you think it would fit best in terms of style then install various plugin to add additional features.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Thanks, that’s some useful information. Question: 9) Between Shopkeeper and TheHanger, why is TheHanger site loading much slower? Is Shopkeeper faster?
10) What theme do you recommend more for shirts? Shopkeeper or thehanger? Which one gave the most success to the buyers, honestly, for shirts?
11) What kind of features can we expect in the next update?
9 ) It’s probably a matter of setup. Site can get to be slower for various reasons.
10 ) They’re both suitable for tshirts. I believe Shopkeeper can be turned into something lighter easily and it clearly has lots more downloads, it’s out top selling theme.
11 ) We’re working on a major new version for Shopkeeper. We plan to add more options for the product page, more header / footer option and lots of improvements in terms of page building experience using the new block editor in WordPress.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Hi! I purchased the heme a few days ago. I was wondering if it is possible to include tags in the search results to. If not, it would be a great addition in a future update!
Hi @iFrederik,
By default WooCommerce don’t have this option but I’m confident there are some custom solutions or some Search by Product Tag plugins out there that can do this trick.
Cheers, Adrian B
