Hello ! I purchased the Framed photography Theme and I would like to know how to achieve the gallery framed effect shown on the following demo-link (the little white frame on each picture with the title underneath) : https://themes.themegoods.com/framed/landing/album/grid-with-space-3-columns/ I was told it was an elementor feature, but after contacting their support team, I’m being told it’s not their feature and could be a third party widget or plug-in. Thank you for your prompt reply. If one opens this theme (framed / event /) with the I-Phone 10, an error message comes immediately. I do not know how to insert a screenshot here, so I just write the error message: A problem often occurred on “http://themes.themegoods.com/framed/event/”. That’s the exact wording. The website is not updated at all. Only this error message. On the I-Phone 8 it works perfectly. I have already found this error on a similar website. There, the same error was produced, but already with the I-Phone 8! The address: http://w2.themedemo.co/wiso/exhibition/ I hope you can do something with this information.

I’m having an issue that when I login via the header “Client Login” button, my website doesn’t refresh when i click login. It says success and does log in but I need to refresh the website myself. It has only started happening with the new version of Framed.

I’m really liking this them, it appears to have most of what I’m looking for. However, I’m curious in the clients area galleries do the clients have an option to download the pictures? Share to social media? On that note, is there a way to disable said buttons and watermark the photos until the client has paid for my services, once paid it unlocks the photos for them to do what they want with them? Basically I would like my clients to be able to view watermarked/protected photos from the photoshoot and if they like them they can then pay the agreed upon price for the photoshoot and unlock the pictures. Is this possible?

This theme doesn’t have this functionality because we are using Elementor page builder to create gallery because it’s easier and has more flexibility compare to WordPress custom post type.

One of the pages on the live example features a slider for before and after. The Elementor builder doesn’t have such slider, nor does a template exist, nor did the documentation said anything about it.

You have to install required plugin name “Before After Image Slider WP” via Appearance > Install Plugins. Then you can generate shortcode from plugin setting page.

Well… the question refers to all album demo pages (e.g. Grid With Space 2 Columns). They all have portrait covers. Is it possible to have cover images in landscape format?
And a follow up question. Is it possible to remove headers on album, gallery and blog pages?

For hover effect like grid album, it will croped image to portrait aspect ration in order to make hover effect works properly.
Hi! I was about to purchase this Theme, but didn’t see that users could “search” galleries (or really the whole website of all galleries if I had multiple ones). I’d like to tag each picture I post by category/tag which I thought I saw, but then I didn’t see any way to search those categories and/or tags for website visitors. Is it somewhere and I passed over it or is it something I can add if not there? Thank for your help and really want to get this one!
Follow up question. Can the watermark be moved or repeated? It is so small in the corner it looks like.

Hey guys, are there any customisation options for category pages? The categories only show in a classic list style, which isn’t ideal to be honest. I’ve had a look through the theme settings, and I’ve yet to see anything to customise the category pages. If you can point me in the right direction please, or are there no options? Thank you.

For custom layout blog, you can create a category blog page using Elemtnor page builder. Then you can filter posts by category from blog widget option as well as its layout.
