How do we hide the “next” and “previous” product arrows (< >) on single product page?
Hi there,
Please use this bit of custom css code to hide the arrows:
.product_navigation {
display: none;
}
Add it into your Appearance > Customise > Custom code.

Hi there,
We would like to replace the shopping cart icon in Customize -> Header -> Header Elements -> Shopping Cart with the word Cart.
So we can achieve Cart (product count).
Is this possible?
Cheers,
Hi @Band_Design,
You can edit the header-default.php file to achieve this. Please open a support ticket if you need further help on this matter: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us

Awesome that! One other quick question – is there a way to turn off the pop out store notifications? Cheers,
Hi again,
You can choose to have the Classic or Animated notification style. But if you want to completely hide it you can use a custom css code.

Hi There,
One of my clients has purchased your theme. We are encountering an issue with the pagination on product pages on mobile devices. There seems to be an error with the infinite load function where the products will not appear – the loading text just keeps flashing. I have noticed the same error on your demo site too. Here are some videos showing the issue:
Shopkeeper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqfEZj6b9Qs
My clients site: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HW4bO3nhv80
The first time the shop page/products listing page is viewed (after cookies have been cleared) the loading seems fine, then after refreshing the page, the error occurs. It’s probably random but my client has noticed it. She mainly views her site on mobile
We have the latest theme version installed – 2.6.16, and WordPress 5.0.3. Here is her domain where the theme resides: https://ivyekongfashion.com/
P.S. thank you for the update giving the option to enable Out Of Stock variations to be enabled or disabled for selection.
Thanks,
Monica.
Hi @missmonica,
I will forward this to our developers to investigate and I’m confident a fix will be available in the next theme update.

Can anyone tell me if there are theme options? In the demo there are none which is why I wanted to see the demo. Therefore I have no idea what can be altered seperate from the page builder.
Hi @OmriS, Sure, Shopkeeper can be customised in Appearance > Customise. https://screencast.com/t/BUp7m7uEqd

Rubien 1 – Create a mobile menu.
Hi, we have the animated notifications set on always visible, it was working fine until recently, now we’ve noticed that the notifications still appear as they should in the cart section, however on the checkout page, notifications are either not appearing at all, or they only flash for half a second and quickly disappear, can anyone give us a hand? Thanks.
Hi @nourishmehk,
We are not aware of such issue, all I can think is a conflict with a plugin. I just opened a support ticket for you so I can take a closer look into your issue. Please check your inbox.

Hi.
I have a menu with three steps.
All Products (Top level) ............Balloons ( next level) .......................... Clouded balloons .......................... Ballon Weighs and so on…..
In mobile view it shows it like this All Products (Top level) Balloons ( next level Highlighted) Clouded balloons (As a regular menu item – nothing that indicates that it is under top level)
That causes my menu on mobile device to be extremely long!
Is there a fix for this?
Ruben
Hi there,
It all depends on Menu settings. I’ve opened a support ticket for you, please check your inbox.

Hi! How can I make a gradient background in css? Thanks!
Hi @ccsehi,
There are a lot of CSS tutorials out there for this. If you are trying to add a gradient background to a row you can set a css class for that row and add a custom css code to set its gradient background: https://screencast.com/t/EDE7lnCu https://screencast.com/t/DOWH4889rkc6.gradient-class {
background-image: linear-gradient(red, yellow);
}

Hi Adrian,
I just switched my site to Shopkeeper and love it way better than the previous theme
In my shop, I’m using a show/hide price/cart plugin to allow some products to be added to the cart and others for inquiry only. A have a lot of both so I’d like to separate purchase and inquiry only to streamline the site.
Can I separate all inquiry products under a different page? Basically I think it’ll act like 2 shops. One is in catalog mode and the other is a shop. How do I keep inquiry only categories & sub categories from appearing in the shop side bar and vice versa?
I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.
Hi Adrian,
I forgot to ask, I’d like to keep sold products on the site for SEO purposes, but I’d like to move them to a different section. Please let me know how I can do this.
Thank you again.
Hi – we need the updated Slider Revolution plugin as the old one fails (Is it possible to make new updates auto-available to us who bought the theme with Slider Revolution bindle?)
Tommy at SQOOP.no
Supportpages says: “Starting June 01, 2017, the archive will no longer be included in the theme’s package. We will continue to provide updates via our support system, so please open up a new support request and ask the support team for it or consider purchasing a license for it that will get you automatic updates and support from the plugin author.

Can I get a breakdown of pre-built column viewport class sizes? Is it “small”, “medium”, “large”, “xlarge” and “xxlarge”, or are there other screen sizes I’m missing?
Hi again, Yes, that’s correct. You can see the ranges in scss/settings.scss.

Hello, I am using the popular WooCommerce “Brands” extension as a sidebar widget. When viewing the site on a mobile device, the filter fails to work. When you choose any Brand, the filter sends user to all products. Have you ever seen this issue on your theme? I’ve checked for conflicts with other plugins, and requested support from Automattic and they suggested a theme problem.
Hello Robert,
I must say I don’t remember testing the theme with it recently and there’s no record of any errors. I’ll forward your notes to our developers and will make sure to test it before the following update. Can you please also share a link to your site?
Cheers,
Adrian.
Hi Adrian, thank you – the link is https://www.menswear-market.com/buy/
Seriously interested in purchasing, but was hoping there was a demo I could have a look at first where I can have a go with the page builder? Only ask as comments in this thread suggest certain changes are difficult, i.e. just above me from ‘casbboy’ with padding etc. Need to make sure its going to work as intended.
Hi @OmriS,
The WP Bakery Builder is one of the most popular and easy to use page builders out there. You can test drive Shopkeeper here: http://demo.wp-theme.design/try-shopkeeper/

Is there a way I can hide a specific category from the search option. I don’t mind showing out of stock items through search but would rather hide everything in the ‘wholesale’ category.
Hi @stear1,
There are a lot of WooCommerce plugins out there that can be helpful on this. I couldn’t recommend a specific one, but any one should work just fine.

Widget Title Output as H1. Possible to change that to another header like h4?
Hi again,
The Widget Title is set to H3. You can change that in the functions.php file in shopkeeper_widgets_init()

Easy Add Padding Class in Shopkeeper? I am using the vc_col-sm-6 class to make two side by side columns. But a couple things I’m not liking:
The padding isn’t enough, and the font sizes inside the columns (for widget titles) is massive. Is there an easy class to increase padding without having to do an inline style?
And, another class to adjust font size inside element?
site-footer > div.footer-widgets.boxed-row > div.footer-left.vc_col-sm-6
site-footer > div.footer-widgets.boxed-row > div.footer-right.vc_col-sm-6
Cheers! Ryan
Hi @casbboy,
Sure, open the column’s settings > Design Options and choose there the desired paddings. https://screencast.com/t/1uzefXxxp2NK You can also add an extra class name to your columns and use any custom css code you may find useful: https://screencast.com/t/u6AkjzgB Add it into the Customiser > Custom code.
Please open a support ticket using our Theme’s Help Center if you need further help. https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us

Thanks, I did know about that option. Sometimes, such as widgets, I was trying to see if pre-built classes to control padding and other variables. Was just seeing if there was a class name that removed padding. I ended up creating a class and doing it that way.
Hello. I bought the theme years ago and I wanted to make some modifications in the product descriptions, adding a extended description. How can I do that? I was looking in the documentation and I couldn’t find the way to do it. Please help me.
Hi @rubscast,
You can edit the product and add any WP Bakery Builder element you may consider useful like Rows, columns, images and so on. You can also use the Fullscreen Description option in the Product Options for a Full Width description: https://screencast.com/t/SdksY2V8cEAq
Cheers, Adrian B
Hi Adrian,
Thanks for the reply and solution.
