Hello bkeyes30, thanks for writing in. Our theme doesn’t include the downloads tracking feature but you could achieve it using third-party plugin like WordPress Download Manager or similar.
You can also see your download stats via cPanel on your server control panel.
Last, you can consider set your products as free download and require user registration in order to download the track.

How to put single image for each track of a release?
Hi, there is no such possibility because the industry standard is to have an image for the shole release. But you can set a picture for each track by creating the playlist manually. To do that please go in Appearance > Customize > Player settings and build your playlist from there. It will allow you to put a different picture for each track. Regards

1) You have a plugin breaking the ajax page load. I think is some Facebook popup. It an also be something else you have which is called OneSignal and I have no clue what it is, or any other plugin injecting invalid javascript in your pages.
2) About your issue, you need to put the artist name in the track’s artist. Choosing an artist as album’s featured artist will NOT make the releases come under that artist. only the single track’s artists will.

Hi, wpmu is not a standard installation and the plugin is not compatible with wpmu nor the theme is tested on that would version or declared compatible. For qt places there is also a complex map API limitation for which you should update the API setting for each instance of the world usage and it depends on Google API settings.

The fact is that here I can provide only commercial answers as I’m not a developer. What I can tell you is that sharing is in the plugin qt-kentha-share/qt-kentha-share.php and you can esily remove G+, but as matter of fact the social is still on and an improvement/update is already planned for this plugin for the next months so I wanted to suggest to simply wait for the update

OK! another pre-sale question to make sure if it’s worth pulling the trigger on buying:
I noticed that there’s no way to filter Cover and Card Carousel which is a PLUS for me as I’d need the releases to be categorized and being able to be filtered on the front end by Genre or tracks type, i.e. Remix, Original, Mashups. So, since the theme doesn’t have that feature, would a plugin like Essential Grid (which allow grid gallery filtering) be able to replace that area of the theme and the player would be able to play the track’s input in the plugin?

Your theme is very nice, but I asked myself if it was not better to integrate all the functions in the template instead of assigning them to 13 plugins (except the pagebuilder and slider revolution) that weight the installation of wordpress by removing resources that could be dedicated to more important plugins like those on security and seo. Hello and thanks for your valuable consideration. It is obvious that technically the best ever solution is to have everything integrated, with 1 js file and 1 css for an whole site.
This is indeed how big websites are done.
Anyway, WordPress and Envato have precise requirements about how functionalities and files have to be splitted, and we were forced to work in this way because of the strict regulations around that.
The product needs to be modular, meaning that you can use just the functions that you need and maybe leave some plugins off.
This was technically the only way we could achieve to do what the theme does and it was a pain for us too doing the things like that. So unfortunately there are no workaround to do this.
Every separate function needs to be in a separate plugin.
We are not even allowed to put the sharing icons in the theme. Many stupid functions as adding a custom field needs to stay in external plugins or they don’t publish our theme on envato, so this is what it is.
For this reason we did our best to provide a minified version of css and js for the theme that will already provide a huge speed boost, compared to many other themes that provide open uncompressed files causing very slow loading.
As matter of fact I compared with extended tests Kentha with all of the other top music themes and only with Kentha you can get an A grade on GTmetrix.
Performance in fact has always been a key objective of our development.
Any plans to add some form of customization to the music player? like changing color etc…?
Well, actually it’s made on purpose binded to the main theme colors, because otherwise people would have to choose separate combinations of colors. You can overwrite actual colors with some simple CSS if you need. In this case, even though customizations are not really part of the support, we can help you with small CSS changes as these.

Hello, for the moment there is no such setting. You can override the default CSS and force it open but it will hide the footer copyright text.

1 star, I did not like the way of installation of the demos or the support, install 5 times the demo, install the same as the video and nothing, it is not the same as they offer, disappointed.

Please can you add single release to artist page and allow only single release if an artist dont have an album yet ?
Well, technically an album IS a release. A release can be an EP (single) or an LP (many tracks). We are in the music business since about 20 years, always been like this since I have memories.
A single album is instead made to give to a single track all the relevance of the album with a dedicated cover and presentation for a single special song.
PS. with page builder you can anyway put a single track to play anywhere, there is no limitation by this point of view, so you can put a track in the artist biography. But is not a cool thing in my opinion.
