H, I’ve notice that for product different from transfer I receive only “email” and “phone number” and not all the other fields of the form. The form is only one, work correctly for the transfer. It’s very strange. Please may you help me ?

The “other fields” of the form are defined in Theme options -> Booking form? If that is the case, those fields only apply to the transfers plugin and not to other things you may be selling on your website.

Hi, it’s the ‘booking form’, I use transfers plugin, I’ve add some fields and work correctly for Destinations/Transfer. But for (shop woocommerce) as in your demo, don’t recevice (by email and after checkout) the fields that I’ve created on booking-form. The system send only the defaults field ID like (email,phone,town…).

Hi, Yes, that is correct. The booking form editor within theme options only applies to the booking form for the transfer, not for other products.

How we know what version of transfers we have ? We don’t see release dates.

you can check your theme version via Appearance > Themes. Here you will find all of your installed themes. Click on the desired theme which will open a pop-up window with theme information. On the right side, next to the theme name, theme version is displayed.

Pre-sale question: I’m wondering to buy this awesome theme but I need to have some vital features that I’m not sure if you have. I would like to split payments, so each car could have a different paypal account for example, and each payment would be sent to two payment accounts. In other words, each transfer can have your own payment account, and each transfer would receive the money splited in two accounts.

Unfortunately that is not a part of the theme. It is something you would have to additional configure/implement with perhaps using a plugin like s2meber or Membership.

custom made transfer is an inquiry form and only sends inserted data as an email. Offers and payments should then be handled manually.

I am interested in purchasing but I don’t see any info on the dashboard that collects the bookings. Does it work with Google Calendar? is there a plug in for Google Calendar so it will sync on my phone when bookings come in? Also, will I get an email notification for every booking and will the client booking the shuttle car also get an email notification? Pls reply ASAP as I need to decide whether to purchase this or not soon

Transfers theme comes with a fully functional custom booking system. You can find detailed information about how the theme works here. There is no Google Calendar integration available at this time. Yes, you as well as the client get email notifications once a booking is made.

Hi there, I currently have troubles completing a booking on my website. I can select the type of vehicle, I see the price, I can click on book your transfer, add extra items and when I click continue my cart shows my product “Private transfer” but the price is now 0. what can I do to solve this? Are you sure you are using the latest version of the theme and the theme’s plugin?

Also, have you tried deleting the Transfers Product from Admin -> Products (clearing the trash there as well) and then try the whole process?

My theme is version 1.20 but the plugin is 1.19 is that normal?

please make the following steps:

1) Go to Admin > Plugins and delete the Transfers plugin. A notice to install the plugin will show up so please install it again.

2) Go to Admin > Products and delete any instances of the Transfers Product that might be listed there. Make sure to delete them from trash afterwards as-well.

3) Reload your website and try the process again.

Is it possible to set a minimum number of people? For example 1 Person = Price X 2 Persons = Price X * 0.75 etc.

the reason you may receive this error is if you have uploaded the incorrect file. Make sure to upload the Transfers.zip file (and not the Transfers_WP_Theme.zip file.)

the Revolution Slider plugin is included with the Transfers theme. Visual Composer should work normally with posts and pages, but please note that we haven’t tested the theme with it.
