sorry to ask for help after the expiration of my support but I can not translate the word: All in the room display on the homepage

Thanks for letting us know. Have you tried removing it? https://themovation.ticksy.com/article/5687/ Then adding a new Type called All?

As a site owner, I want to create country overview and destination pages, and then have different tabs (buttons) for packages and accommodation in that destination on different urls. Example country/destination1/hotels/ and country/destination1/packages/. Can Embark do this? Do you have a demo?

Hi, yes the theme could be set up in that way. We don’t have a demo that showcases that exact layout or setup though.

If you create a page and then have subpages from that page, then the URLs would be as you outlined.

Hello. I am not able to get the messages from “contact us” page to my email. where can i configure the email to contact form so all messages come to my in box?

Hi, sure thing.

Have a look at this article and ensure that the setup is in place for email notifications to be sending:
https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/email-notifications/

Once that setup is confirmed to be in place, then it should be good to go.

If the emails don’t appear to be there, check the spam/junk folder. If they are not there either, then it’s likely that the server is not properly sending mail.

In that case you can contact your web host and ask about the issue, or you can use an SMTP plugin to bypass your web host and send mail from another account.

We recommend:

Hello. Is there coming an update for PHP7 at a given point? Is the theme supporting Retina? In case where is that option placed?

As far as we know, it works great with php7 + We actually recommend it over older versions of php. :)

Hi! I have a few pre-buy questions… Coudn’t find anything in documentation.

1- Are tours implemented with WooCommerce products or a custom post type or something else? Is it possible to deactivate WooCommerce if we don’t use payment options?

2- I understand that we can edit a tour with Elementor, but can we automatically use the same template for all tours? And only fill tour fields. I have a lot of tours and don’t want to edit them manually (except filling in tour information, of course). 2b- If so, can we edit the template afterwards, so that all tours are updated with new template?

3- Can we remove/define custom tour fields?

4- Is Elementor provided with Pro license? 4b- If so, is it lifetime like your theme, or is it only one year?

5- On the demos, it seems we can’t ask for information about a tour, the only option is to book the tour. Is there an option in your custom Booked plugin to remove registering (id and password)? 5b- I would like to change booking form with only name, date, number of persons, and a custom message, how can I do that? Can I use hooks in the tour’s template to replace Booked form with another custom form, like Caldera?

6- A lot of other travel WP themes provide a tour search filter. Do you plan to add this soon? Or maybe I just missed it?

Thanks in advance :-) Yan

Hi, no problem.

7. Tours are a custom post type. The behave very similar to Pages except that they can be displayed in a grid using the Tour Grid widget which displays meta info that is input for each Tour: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/elements/tour-grid/

The Package widget is standalone and does not connect to a custom post type. It can be linked to any internal or external page. So it can be used for any promos or other content, or you can input the same info as a Tour and use it to link to a Tour.

The shop products do not automatically connect with the Tours, but you can connect with them with a link, and the products can optionally tie directly into the Booked plugin: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/tour/coney-island-3/

8. The first link above in my response shows examples of the Tour Grid widget. That shows all 4 parts of the meta information that can optionally be displayed. There is however another option to always show it, versus only on hover. We don’t yet have an example on the Embark demo, but we have one here to give you an idea: https://bit.ly/2CyfMvs

9. That feature is not directly built in, but it can definitely be done with compatible plugins. You can use Formidable Pro ( https://formidableforms.com/ ) or Gravity Forms, etc.

The examples on the demo show reviews and/or testimonials that were manually aded.

10. Yes, certainly. The documentation is linked to from the Support tab of the item details page. Here is the link: https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/

11. The theme and plugins are fully translatable. Translations aren’t included, but the popular options are supported such as Polylang and WPML.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, JUST BOUGHT IT :-)

Great, no problem!

Hello,

1. Upon reservation or booking, does the users receive an email receipt? If so does it give the details of the booking. For example, time and service?

2. Is there a way for them to cancel or reschedule? Maybe even get a refund?

3. Does the user have to login to make a booking/reservation?

Thanks

Hi,

1. Yes there is a confirmation email and also an optional reminder email. For each email you can customize it and there are a number of options for information to use, including what you mentioned: https://cl.ly/b3cf859f2e3a

2. Yes, generally speaking you can choose whether to allow customers to cancel their own appointments. However if you are using the payments component, then the admin needs to cancel because the plugin is not designed to enable customers to initiate refunds themselves.

3. No, you can choose either Registered booking, or Guest booking.

Guys, first of all let me say, I really appreciate your work. Thank you.

Unfortunately I have a problem with adding/editing a tour and editing the custom fields. Usually when I added a new tour a typical form appeared where I could edit the things like title, highlights and so. Everything that was shown then in the overlay of every tour in “View Our Tours.”, e.g. “2 Hours Brooklyn Bridge…”.

But now when a want to add a new tour the form looks different and the values in the custom fields aren’t saving. I did a search telling something about the max_input_vars (which I set to 5000), another telling about Jetpack (which I deactivated), but nothing changes to the way it was before.

Have you recognized similar problems? Could I “over-install” your theme about my existing site – or would my work be destroyed?

Thanks!

Hi, great to hear. We’re happy to assist.

Yes it should look like this: https://cl.ly/ba5783085fcc

Is that what you had before, but do not currently have?

If it’s not appearing like that, before making any major changes – please open a ticket and include a link to your site as well as a WP admin login so we can have a look.

Right, that was the look before. Ok, will open up a ticket.

No problem, I just responded in your ticket.

Once a booking is made, there is no confirmation message popping on the screen in the website, It looks abrupt if redirected to any other page on the website. In the no redirect option it goes to a booking confirmation page which i was not clear how it works. Is the user required to set up a login and password for that? I think thats also cumbersome. Is there a way we can get a simple confirmation page

Hi, there are a few ways it can be setup:

1. If you are using payments then it can go to either Cart or Checkout.

2. If you are using Registered Booking, then you can have it go to the Profile page where the user is auto-logged in to view their profile and appointments.

3. If you are not using either of the above, then I would recommend creating a confirmation page and selecting that as the page in the redirection setting which is under Bookings > Settings.

Does that make sense?

Does this template support the dokan plugin?

Hello! Thanks for your interest. I can’t say for certain, but, it works with most plugins including woocommerce. If you try it and run into issues let us know :)

so, for define a tour need to use a different module or woocommerce in this theme?

We use WooCommerce to provide the checkout and payment. :)

I am ready to purchase this theme but i have a doubt that wether i can reuse this theme for more than one website because i have three websites which i need to use the same theme with different front pages of your theme please clarify my doubt that wether do you people have any usage limitations .

hello! Thank you. Yes, there are license restrictions set by Envato (not us), they do require that you purchase a license for each unique website project that you are using it on. The big benefit is that it’s only a one time cost, you get upgrades for the life of the project.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hello, I am interested in buying this theme. But before that, I would like to know if there is online payment option in this. I couldn’t find one in the live demo. I could only find cash on delivery and check payments. If there is online payment, which payment gateway is used?

Hi, yes certainly. The plugin connects with WooCommerce which can be setup with a large number of payment gateways including all the major ones:

https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/#main
Hello, before I buy I would like to know if I could use this plugin for bookings instead of Booked or WooCommerce Bookings: https://bookingwp.com/plugins/woocommerce-appointments/

I see the Booked plugin doesn’t allow for limiting booking numbers, and filling remaining spots in a booking.

Maybe I am wrong but please clarify this example: I run a tour company. I run two tours a day. Each tour can take 5 people at a time. A user comes to my site and wants to book a tour. They select their date book four people for their booking. They checkout and complete their booking.

Another user comes to my site, selects the same tour and date as the previous user. They want to book for 3 people. Would the system show that only 1-spot is left for that tour and prevent the booking?

Kind regards, Marc

Hi, I have not tested that specific plugin you mentioned, but it should work well, especially since our themes support WooCommerce.

In the Booked plugin, there is indeed an option to limit and track bookings. The only caveat is that to use that feature, each booking is for one slot. If you add an option to select a number of people, you can indeed have them pay for that number of people, but it wouldn’t connect with the remaining slot number. Does that make sense?

is it possible to get an email once a booking happens. Currently i am able to see it in the booking section but i dont know how to trigger a email when someone books

Hi, yes by default the admin should be receiving an email. Have a look and confirm that it’s setup in the settings – it’s under Bookings > Settings > Emails, under the Settings tab.

If it’s not working, please open a ticket: http://themovation.ticksy.com

Hello! I’m using your Embark theme (NYC) and would like to change the tour order in the tour grid by drag & drop. Altough drag & drop functionality is activated it doesn’t seem to work in Elementor. Every time I grab a tour element the whole grid is touched… Thanks in advance for help.

Hi, there are two options for sorting: https://cl.ly/2P3I1z3J2i2n – the sorting itself is done in the custom post type area though, not in Elementor.

1. Date Published (WordPress default) where you change the publish date to change order

2. Drag and Drop like so: https://cl.ly/0j2u0z111v3m

If you have any questions, please open a ticket where we can best assist: http://themovation.ticksy.com

Thank you so much.

No problem!

Hello. I need another help. In the menu all my tours are not appearing. I wanted to add all the tours i have created in the dropdown menu under “tours” in the home page. But it shows only 3 sample tours. How do i get all my tours in the menu box?

Hello! You should be able to find them under Appearance / Menus / – sometimes you may need to enable tours from your screen options. I took a video for you. https://cl.ly/c410d11da5b1

Under the tour page there is a leave a comment module. It is displaying an error. ” You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””>

<del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <s> <strike> <strong>" How do i rectify this as this is displayed on the webpage</strong></i></em></del>

hello, does this theme support right to left languages? i.e. arabic

The theme, the Elementor page builder, and the booking system are all fully localized and translatable. When it comes to RTL specifically, the page builder does support RTL, but the booking system and some parts of the theme do not specifically support RTL at this time. So some areas may take a bit of manual adjustment.

Hi, I am looking to purchase this theme. I would like to know if the calendar has availability management feature. Meaning if I want to have only 50 bookings for a particular tour, does the calendar display sold out or something like that when 50 bookings are done. Also does it show “Only 5 seats left” kind of thing?

The plugin that is shown in the demo and included with purchase is called Booked. In the Booked plugin, there is indeed an option to limit and track bookings. The only caveat is that to use that feature, each booking is for one slot. If you add an option to select a number of people, you can indeed have them pay for that number, but it wouldn’t connect with the remaining slot number. Does that make sense?

The calendar does indeed have an optional setting to show “5 remaining”.

Got it. Thanks.

I am unable to edit the “contact us widget”. When i click it the text box doesnt open (like it did on About Us). It just shows a blank box saying widget logic. Currently the demo version displays a phone number and an email which i am unable to edit. Let me know how to change this contact information

Well this website is pretty slow since i updated to wordpress 5.0 and woocomerce to the latest version, when i upload to see the bookings and appointments in booked it loads very slow, when i delet or see a booked plan or calendar it loads very slow, and trhrows also a 504 error bad gateway, and also when a customer tries to adds to buy a plan or tour it keeps loading and then throws a 504 error to the client, this is very bad, the website url is https://recreacionesquitasueno.com and i used others plugins and i tested and everything went ok.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Our themes are ready for WP 5.0+. Check to ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme and included plugins. Use the Envato Market plugin to update the theme.

All updates are tested and we have not had anyone else report an issue so it seems that it is something specific to your site. The first step would be to test without any extra third-party plugins.

Here is a list of what is included: https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/article/207-required-plugin-list-for-embark

If you are experiencing issues without any extra plugins active, then either open a ticket ( https://themovation.ticksy.com ) or send us a msg ( https://themeforest.net/user/themovation#contact ) with a WP admin login link.
