where do I find the html code of the blog element? I would like to change the h2 tag in tag p. where can I find the .php file? thanks for any response.

The blog element’s PHP file is located in wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/shortcodes/fusion-blog.php

Please do ensure that you make a fully restorable backup of your site as a precaution before you do make any changes. This is not a very effective way of changing content as this will be overridden in a theme update

Why isn’t the fusion builder working on the latest version (5.0.3) of WordPress? Ever since I’ve updated my site, fusion builder has stopped working. I’m stuck. Need help

Please do check your system status. Ensure you do not have WP remote get and WP remote post showing as failed. If they do then please check this with your host

Hello.

In the latest version of Avada 5.8 the fusion-plugins have not been updated.

Particular I’m interested in “Fusion White Label Branding”. (I have Version 1.1.1 – October 23rd, 2018)

The stated version is the latest version of the White Label plugin. Any updates in the plugin will be reflected by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Plugins

Nice theme, congrats! I have a question: a friend of mine, gaves me his template for test it,(without token of course), and now i want to buy it, but i dont wanna loose the modifications that i did on my website while i was testing.

If i buy the template, and you asign me the token key, could it be work without problems? could it be actualize without any problem and my contente gonna still there?

Hi, I’m still getting a ‘bad gateway error’ when I try to file a support ticket. Would somebody be able to open a ticket for me please? I urgently need some help as after updating the Avada Theme on this site: www.honeysuckleandcastle.co.uk the Avada Fusion Builder is no longer working. Everything else is up-to-date – Wordpress, PHP v7, Fusion Cache cleared, Fusion Builder enabled, system status okay – not sure what else to do?!

Hi,

The theme does combine CSS and JS scripts. This option can be seen by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada> Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS and JS.

If you need to minify all the scripts of the site(including third-party plugin script) then you can make use of a caching plugin such as W3TC. Link here

I have 2 issues:

1. I’m running the latest version of the theme. I’m not able to set Full Screen slider with a YouTube video. I’ve checked all setting against your documentation – everything is correct. I even tried setting a container background with video and checking 100% height. Nothing works.

2. I need to turn one of the menu links into a button. I’ve set the option in Appearance>Menus to Small Button but the link does not change.

Hi all, since day one when I bought Avada theme the font awesome icons for the search bar does not show. I never used the the search box, but now I added it and the icon is not showing on mobile, Firefox and google chrome. It is the only icon disappearing. but it is not working for me. Please help.

We would need access to the site to check the issue. If the issue is just the search Icon then there could be conflicting CSS rule that is defining a different font family and causing an issue with the icon

Shaminder you are right, I had a plugin that I was using to change the fonts and once disabled the icon showed up. Avada is super great you guys paid attention to the details of the details. I think you should start doing video tutorial because there are too much things to learn and the explanation sometime is confusing, I had Avada for a year or so, I just learned how to use google fonts in the Arabic language. Great work! keep it up.

I have a blog archive page with 2 Blog elements – one element for large and medium screens with a masonry layout (infinite scrolling) and the other for small screens (load more button or Infinite scrolling) set for 1 grid wide. Unfortunately this combination prevents large and medium screens from loading any more than the first page of blog entries. If the small screen Pagination is enabled the large/medium screen’s Infinite Scrolling works. Is it possible to have both Blog Elements loading correctly when both are set to Infinite scrolling?

If I deactivate my child theme and switch to the original theme I works fine. Can you tell me what the issue with this is? Why is the child-theme not working properly?

Hello!

This kind of thing happens, if and when you are running a child theme and therein are theme files that have been customized and not updates as well. For example, if you changed something in a template file from an old version of the theme, do not update for a long time and then update to the latest, you could get errors.

Your choices are:

1 – Take the same template file from the latest theme version and reintroduce your customizations to it, or

2 – Use the appropriate Avada/Fusion Builder hooks instead;

Hello- I need to hide an entire container on a mobile device. There are comments on here that say it is possible; however, I don’t see how to do it when I go into the container options. I am having issue with the way a background image shows up on a mobile device. Only part of it is displaying and it is the same part regardless of how I position the image. I’d like to just disable this container all together and create a container specifically for mobile. I should also say that I have the option to hide the container on every container except the one that has the background image.

I purchased a new licence but every time I generate a token with all boxes ticked it give a error “Token does not have the necessary permissions. Please create a new token and make sure the following permissions are enabled for it: View Your Envato Account Username, Download Your Purchased Items, List Purchases You’ve Made, Verify Purchases You’ve Made.” I have done this for so many times dont know whats the issue happening??
