Thank you for taking interest in our theme. There is no such an option unfortunately. But, since you are able to arrange tickets and payments personally with your customers if you disable PayPal. Then each time tour is booked you’ll get email with info about tour name, number of tickets and when you contact your user to confirm tour joining you could provide them with ticket IDs. The gallery content for tours fails to output images correctly. We wish to display the thumbnail at say 500×500, in 3 columns. Then when you click the image, the full size image shows, whether is 500×500, or 800×500 etc.
Is it possible to add a Gallery Content (WYSIWYG) editor to this section? This will replace the Gallery Builder. Then, I can build a Mikado Image Gallery gallery using the shortcode in page builder, and define the size exactly.

Thank you for taking interest in our GoTravel theme. There is no default option for it since we are using our booking form. But it could be done with code modification. Just remove calling for our contact form and include your system. We hope it could be done on that way. But we cannot confirm compatibility since we didn’t test our theme with this plugin.

Hi, we are creating our travel agency site with GoTravel theme and we would like to categorized the destinations by splitting them in macrocategories (America, Asia etc etc) and then create more specific categories for regions or areas and then for cities. I have already bought your theme two years ago but I was not using the payment system as few features were missing. Now I really would need to implement it and I would like to know:
1) In the front end is it possible to show a calendar with all the available dates (both morning and afternoon) and how many seats are left for that specific day and time?
2) Is it possible to set up two different price for adult and child? Is it also possible to set up different prices for low season and high season?
3) Once the payment through Paypal is completed. The e-ticket is automatically sent to the user?
4) I will sell dinners on boat. Beside selling the tickets, is there a way to make it possible to sell all the boat as private at a fixed price if there are no other seats already bought?
5) If the experience is postponed (and the user has already bought the ticket) is it possible to refund the money through PayPal?

1) Under each Tour item in Mikado Booking Form, you are able to set desired range of dates, departure time and number of available tickets for this period. Please, check this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/Vx58sL2J8
2) Unfortunately, there is no option for different prices for adults and children, maybe you could just add info about it in Tour Item content. You could just add Price range for same period https://www.screencast.com/t/6tZ6f7V37
3) Yes, paypal has this option to get confirmation email message.
4) If you disable PayPal https://www.screencast.com/t/NAvxkLCaBh you’ll be able to add this info about exclusive sell of boat in tour item, and then based on this you could personally arrange price and payment with your customer when you get booking request.
5) Yes, PayPal is providing refund request as option, but you could check more about it here https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/i-want-a-refund.-how-do-refunds-work-faq3248 since it is Online Payment and we are just using their service.
