Hello, i’m looking for a theme that can help me to do that:
I would like to offer 1 single free add for all/any users. After the first free advertisement, the user must pay a monthly fee to be able to advertise as many ads as he wants. If the payment don’t happen, i should move the user ads to draft and “block” de account so user will not be able to change the ads for live again, until pay the fee. The payment dont have to be integrated. I just need the control to “block” and ”unblock” users manually.
For the payment i will first aprove user and than send for him a link to fee month local payment.
It this possible with this theme?

In Classify you can set free ads limit, And after to reach that limit, user must need to purchase a plan to post ad.
And in pricing plan you can set Limit for featured ads posting & How many days that ad will be shown in featured listing.
Limit for Regular ads posting.
Price: How much you want to charge.
Also we have Pay Per Post option.
So you can set price for single ad posting for each category.
All Payments will be received via WooCommerce, So you can use any payment method.
But if you don’t want payment via WooCommerce, then you can assign any plan to any user without payment. So in this case you can receive payment anywhere and after to receive payment you can assign plan, And user can use that ads limit.
Also you can set Image count limit for free and pais user.

Hello, when user post a ads, the “city” record in “post_address” and not “post_city”. So, the city search not work. Please help me !

I choice city. But when i create ads, location : i indicate city ( for example “Paris, France”.) In post_address = Paris, France . Nothing in post_city. So, no city paris in serch field city …
Your city needs to be in country, states or in city field, in address this will not work.

3 – is it possible to add custom fields and make 3-4 level subcategory sytem and then make searching filters from this fields, and what type of fields I can use ? ( if not, are you planning to update this features ? )
4 – is it possible to REMOVE free ads and only after user make payment then he can post ad ( if not, are you planning to update this features ? )
5 – are you planning to make mobile apps IOS/Android ?

1- Yes you need to use WPML or Polylang or any other plugin for multi language.
2- Our theme have no limit, Traffic depends on your hosting server, So try any good hosting server.
3- We have option to add custom fields depends on categories, And you can add categories as much as you want.
4- Yes its possible to turn OFF regular ads and make posting fully paid.
5- Not Right now.
