Hi,

I am interested in buying your theme. I have few questions:

1) In the front end is it possible to show a calendar with all the available dates (both morning and afternoon) and how many seats are left for that specific day and time?

2) I can see that is it possible to set up different prices for adult and child. Is it also possible to set up different prices for low season and high season?

3) Once the payment through Paypal is completed. The confirmation email is automatically sent to the user?

4) I will sell dinners on boat. Beside selling the tickets, is there a way to make it possible to sell all the boat as private at a fixed price if there are no other seats already bought?

5) If the experience is postponed (and the user has already bought the ticket) is it possible to refund the money through PayPal?

Hello, do you offer early bird pricing? Or date restricted sale prices? Ie. Price would be €40 up until 2 weeks before event, and in the two weeks before event starts price would go up to €50? Thanks

Hi there,

I wish to make a single page on my website called ‘Calendar’ which features a calendar of each month and the tours we are running on each date to make it easier and quicker for my audience to find each tour on a monthly basis rather than having to go through each tour individually.

How would i do this with your theme?

Hi Goodlayers. As a tour operator / travel agency I bought this theme with the tour master plugin. I know that there’s another theme of you, for hotel accommodation. I think it would be awesome to offer something that could fit the travel agencies needs: A complete theme where to offer, tours, accommodation, flights, rental car an so on. Any plans of doing something like that with your awesome themes? Thanks in advance

Thanks for suggestion. We used to consider about that too but seems like it will be really really complicate to implement as we didn’t plan for room purpose since the first place. The structure will be quite different :/

Hello, i noticed that when i try to book a tour if I have 2 dates with 2 different prices the price change is very slow and sometimes when i select the second date the price doesn’t change unless i select the person number. What could the problem be? Thanks

1. Regarding speed, we can’t do anything about that as it depends on server response and server calculation speed.

2. The price will only be shown after person number is selected. This is how it works.

How do customers know which package they have booked?

This information is not included in the confirmation email nor is it visibile from their booking page.

Its also difficult for an admin to find this info: Only available via the Transaction Order page.

Sorry but we can’t really do the quick push for this feature as we’re developing a new big update for this theme and it’s in the middle of process so we can’t provide the quick fix because many files have been being modified at the moment.

We will put this functionality with the big update launch.

Hi, i have read through the comments but they are quite some months old. Just want to check if this new feature has been implemented/ in the pipeline: - to have a minimum total number of travelers in order for the tour to be on, else it would be canceled

Unfortunately, we don’t have this feature and it’s not in the pipeline. At this point we are not considering for this one because if the tour cancelled, the system can’t provide refund to customers automatically. This will need to be done manually so it would be better to do as manual process unless might be claimed that it’s the theme’s issue :(

I want to purchase but I’m waiting for the features you mentioned were gonna come with the next update, like being able to raise an invoice from the backend .

First of all, Thanks for your interest :)

There will be many new features added. Mainly such as, ability to make multiple deposit, captcha, manual booking editing.

However, we don’t have feature to raise an invoice manually. Invoice will be auto generated when customer books or paid. Customer can view from there backend but we will add a new feature to send invoice to customer’s email too.

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have an option like your idea.

2. It’s possible but it will require customize but it’s hard code. We can guide you where to take a look, but we can’t provide customize for it.

3. We have booking form and enquiry form, if you mentioned to enquiry form, we have a way to custom the form field so you can change anything you need.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. :( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work. And really sorry, we don’t do custom jobs this time :/

Unfortunately, not. Our booking system is a custom made. It won’t work with other plugins.

(1) In your theme page of Date & prices there is showing details, itinerary, map, photos, reviews accordance in vertical tab & we want to set to all this in horizontal tab Is that possible in your theme ????

(2) In mobile not showing above mentioned accordance….so how to create that option for mobile device ????

(3) how to set particular photos with day-wise Itinerary???

(4) we want in booking option that at a time each person booked for each one not more than more people, is that possible????

(5) In contact details we want to customize all details of traveller according our need can we load other tab like, photo Id upload, DOB, etc. Can we add all this tab in contact details ?

Hi, thanks for a great theme, and obviously responding to after sales queries even when official support has finished. My question today is in relation to the single tour sidebar widget displaying on mobile devices and being able to hide it when going through the payment process on mobile. It (the single tour sidebar) has a bad habit of displaying BETWEEN the summary of payment (ie. total amount payanle, deposit payable, next step) and the contact details.
