First screenshot, it’s So Swatch color. Please select color in So Swatch color module configuration. Then in Product configuration, in Option tab, please add color option. Then in Images tab, please choose image for color. About second screenshot, which layout are you using? and the so super category is for what layout? Maybe, in your layout, there are no style for so super category.

Our module So Filter shopby will display all options from Catalog >> options, it doesn’t check the value of product option. If your product has that option, it will get that product.
